At Herbal Boutique Hotel & Spa

Dovolená byla skvělá, hotel čistý, zaměstnanci ochotní, usměvaví, rádi pomůžou. Jídlo dobré, ale co mě nejvíc potěšilo jako celiaka, bezlepkové jídlo na vyžádání osobně. Před odjezdem mi na e-mail neodepsali, tudíž jsem řešila stravu až na místě. Na snídani bezlepkový chleba, pečivo, buchta. Na oběd a večeři jsem vždy mluvila s kuchařem, který mi ukázal, která jídla jsou bez lepku. Vždy to byla většina. Byli ochotni připravit i těstoviny. Jídlo pro hosty (ne celiaky) bylo dobré, každý si vybral, jen výběr nebyl obrovský, snídaně každý den stejne. Svačiny u bazénu vždy dobré burgery, wrapy, pizza, salát zeleninový i ovocný. Pláže hezké, v blízkosti je jich několik. Oblázková i písčitá. Cesta z letiště na hotel asi 80min autobusem. Žádný animační program ani zábava pro děti, pouze dětský bazén. Byli jsme s dovolenou moc spokojeni. Určitě doporučujeme.

I don’t really know where to begin, but first of all I would like to thank all the hotel staff: the manager, the lady at the morning reception, the gentleman at the night reception, the ladies and the gentleman from the restaurant, the chef, and the housekeeping team. A huge thank you to everyone for giving me the best experience in Cyprus. All the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help their guests. The service is truly 5-star. There are many great restaurants in Cyprus, but the food at the hotel is simply outstanding. It’s impossible not to enjoy the delicious dishes prepared by the chefs, from breakfast to dinner — everything is always perfect. The menu changes daily, and I honestly think I gained a few kilos because the food is just that good . The rooms have a beautiful view and are always clean and well-organised — once again, a big thank you to the amazing housekeeping team. I visited during a quieter season with fewer tourist activities available, but the receptionist was so kind and helped me find a tour, which made a big difference to my stay. I would also like to thank the manager and the chef once again for organising a birthday surprise for my cousin. They prepared a wonderful chocolate cake. Honestly, we felt like real princesses during our stay. I usually like to travel to different places, but after such an amazing experience, I will definitely return without a doubt. Once again, thank you to the entire team. This hotel is a solid 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am genuinely taken aback by our arrival experience. We arrived just 15 minutes ago — my mother, my five-month-old baby, and myself — were left to carry all of our luggage (two small rollers, one large 23kg suitcase, a buggy, and several bags) entirely on our own. This is highly unusual, as in my experience there is always at least someone available to assist guests upon arrival. To my further disappointment, I even had to use the hotel’s bellman trolley myself to transport the luggage to our room. A manager walked past as I was clearly struggling and did not offer so much as a word of assistance — which was both surprising and disheartening. I truly hope the remainder of our stay improves from here, as this is not only my baby’s first holiday but also a milestone 30th birthday for me. At present, however, I would be unable to recommend this hotel based on our initial experience.
