Bohemian Gardens Hotel

We are at hotel at the moment being our third time cannot fault staff ,food ,cleaning of rooms and staff could not be more helpful ignore all the negative comments

I’ve never done a review before but I feel like I owe this hotel one, an amazing one… it’s the 4th time I have been and will keep coming back for as long as I can! I normally come with a group of friends and family every year for two weeks… this year I decided to do a week solo before they arrive and I couldn’t have wished for a better welcome home reception. From the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and management, they make me feel so welcome and at home, every time I visit. The rooms are cleaned daily (one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at!), food is fresh, plentiful and lots of choice. There is plenty to choose from the drinks menu too! The people here work so hard to ensure you have a great holiday and it really shows. I absolutely love it here and can’t wait to return already! Thank you all so much for your hard work and smiles all around :)

We are at this hotel at the moment cannot fault it.Food is excellent cleanliness you cannot fault the whole atmosphere is great and staff cannot be anymore helpful .

Protaras has such a selection of great hotels so please please PLEASE do not choose this one. First thing to mention is the reception team are abysmal, they do not smile, say good morning or help in anyway. On our first night there was blood on the pillow protector and the bedding was stained. I called down and asked for it to be changed, the receptionist did not apologise or even seem bothered. There was mould all around the shower as all of the sealant had come away leaving just black. The shampoo and hand wash wasn’t filled up throughout our week and our bedding was not changed. Only when we stripped it did we get fresh bedding but then it was replaced with stained bedding. We asked for a later checkout the day before our departure as stated in the welcome letter, when we asked we were told to come back the next day to speak to the manager. When we did come back and spoke to the same receptionist to ask to speak to the manager her response was “what, why?! At that point we were so dejected from her we just left it. When we came to check out, again the same receptionist just told us we had an outstanding bill. She didn’t ask how our stay was or even smile. I’ve been working in hotels within housekeeping since I was fifteen. I know how hard it can be and human error does happen, but the people make the place and this place is soulless. Do yourself and your family a favour and choose elsewhere

The hotel offers good value for money. The conditions are decent, the rooms are clean, and the food is tasty. The staff is very friendly. Location-wise – although the hotel is not on the beachfront, it is quite close to the beach and the promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Protaras is about 2 km away. The pool area is rather modest. It feels more like a city hotel than a resort. I would especially recommend it to anyone who spends most of the day sightseeing or doing other activities outside the hotel.
