Dean’s Home Budapest

We booked last minute for a short trip. It was top value for money, the room was clean and well equipped. There is a nice common area at the reception. Receptionist Tamás was super friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable!

Absolutely unacceptable hotel service I have never experienced such a ridiculous hotel policy. This hotel apparently thinks it is acceptable to only provide clean towels every four days unless you pay an extra €1.50 per towel. Yes, you read that correctly — if you want a clean towel, you have to pay for it. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a clean towel is completely unacceptable. Hygiene should be a standard part of staying at a hotel, not an optional extra that guests have to pay for. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend staying here. The attitude toward basic cleanliness and customer service is honestly shocking. A hotel should provide clean towels when guests need them — not make them wait four days or charge extra for basic hygien

Good location near metro. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Simona on the reception desk was excellent. She helped us to identify where we could go in 1 day. A really good stay
