Nemohu dát 5*, protože...byli jsme na Maledivách už 6x, viděli jsme jiná místa. Centara je malý resort, všude je blízko, dobře dostupný hydroplanem z Malé. Ubytování - vše v pořádku, úklid denně, nové ručníky, voda a plný minibar. Bydleli jsme v bungalovu 111, je to blízko fo restaurace i do obchodu, ale také je zde přístav, lodě trochu smrdí, když odjíždějí. Bohužel 4 noci byla vedle ubytovaná skupina z Indie, strašný hluk a nepořádek, brali nám plážová lehátka i ručníky a nemohli jsme spát, poslouchali nahlas hudbu. Řešil jsem to asi 3x a to na dovolené nechcete!!! Už bych také nejel na výlet za žralokem obrovským - na moři je 40 lodí a je to hon na žraloka. Pak se objeví a na 5 minut skočí do vody 100 lidí, to je hrůza a kde je úcta k přírodě...jsou to vyhozené peníze! Masáže kvalitní, byl jsem 1x. Dobrá thajská restaurace, ale v rámci all inclusive přesto nutné za některá jídla platit...Totéž platí v Reef baru, za některé nápoje se platí, například mojito za 13 USD. Na ostrově je ale klid, moře je čisté a na šnorchlování to není daleko, viděli jsme želvu asi 5 metrů v moři. Nejsem si jistý, jestli se sem chci vrátit, podívám se rád i na jiná místa!

We was staying in Machchafushi for 4 nights in middle May, supposed to be low season in Maldives. However, we just experienced only half day in heavy rain. Lucky us! We totally could enjoy everything happening in Machchafushi paradise --- 3 of us were staying in Club Sunset Overwater Pool Villa, specious, well-maintained, clean, great view, comfort beddings. Housekeepers came twice a day to make us most comfort and arrange everything we need. For the restaurants, the Reef is fair, many choice for everyone. Suan Bua provides tasty Thai food. Azzuri Mare is the best. We love the delicious, authentic Italian food there. Do make booking for Thai and Italian, they are full most of the time and zero chance for walk in. House reef around the resort is absolutely the highlight. No matter is the sea step straight down from villa or the translucent lagoon in the middle of the resort, Sharks, Turtles, school of colorful fishes are easily spotted. Background is the healthy, and vibrant coral reefs we have ever seen. What a stunning marine life! We are so much impressed with the snorkeling experience here. Much thanks for Machchafushi team have offered us the wonderful holiday. Sincere smiles met everywhere. Greatly appreciated with the diving team in Best Dive! Well organize tours for ocean lovers, like whale shark / manta chasing although we couldn’t spot one, this is Nature, nothing scheduled! Sunset fishing tour was so much fun. My girl with OW had made 3 dives during the stay. Joe Li and Ali Ibrahim are so professional to coach her and explorer the harmony of the ocean. We certainly would recommend this resort. Wait… we will be back!
