The best Margarita cocktails made by bartender Charit that I have tried in all my travels were made in this wonderful place, where I will definitely return!

The resort was incredible. We stayed in a deluxe beach villa for part of the holiday and a water villa for the rest and both were wonderful, each with unique aspects. The house reef offered a brilliant snorkeling experience with turtles, sharks and rays right in front of our villas. We also went on a few of the excursions offered by the water sports and dive centres, which were very fun and extremely well run. The staff at the resort were all fantastic, incredibly professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay magical. Chef Rajesh and his team created speciality vegan dishes for us everyday, going above and beyond to ensure there were plenty of options available for us even though there were already plenty of delicious vegan dishes available in the buffet. The food was phenomenal, thoughtfully created and beautifully presented. We can't recommend Reethi Faru enough!

We have just returned home from our second visit to the island and had another amazing trip. The island is both small and big enough for what we want. Beautiful, quiet, and largely natural in appearance. Very well maintained, and a great attention to detail. We also appreciate the ecologically conscious thinking of the resort. Impressive as it does not affect or limit any significant aspect of a luxury holiday. Great reef all around; just snorkeling off the beaches we saw loads of beautiful fish, rays, turtles, small reef sharks, and even an octopus. The food is an important factor for us, and across the board we would say that the high standards we found before have increased further. The chefs in the main restaurant (and all restaurants) are always engaging and genuinely seem passionate about what they are producing. We would also like to mention the waiting staff in the main restaurant. Our Keralan server could not have done any more to make us feel welcome and looked after. He even found out that my wife likes to eat dosa for breakfast, and on three occasions took the unprompted initiative to ask the chefs to make her one especially. Not just him though, all of the staff are a credit to the resort. From the reception team to the room cleaners, also the resort guys at Male airport made things very easy when arriving and departing. We were on All Inclusive Dine Around, so spent most nights eating in the smaller restaurants. Our favourite place on the island is the Reethi Grill. Our waiter, Jani, who we made friends with on our first visit instantly recognised us and again treated us like valued guests. From polite and engaging service, excellent knowledge of the menu, to teaching us Bengali, he is a real gem. Also, Sumesh, the Senior Chef de Partie, whose food is truly delicious. We live in South London within a very large South Asian community, so curry is extremely familiar to us. I would say that the curry in that restaurant (even though it is tempered to a weak European palate!) is right up there, and Sumesh was happy to mix it up, make suggestions and add more spice.
