SO/ Maldives

We have genuinely had the BEST time at SO/ Maldives and can honestly say this has been one of the best holidays we have ever had! 🌴☀️❤️ From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. The whole resort has such an incredible vibe — it’s relaxed, stylish, fun and has an amazing atmosphere. There is just something about SO/ Maldives that makes you instantly switch off and enjoy every second. The food has been absolutely amazing. Every meal we have had has been delicious, with so much choice and such a high standard. We have genuinely enjoyed every single meal and have been blown away by the quality. But what has really made our stay so special is the incredible staff. Our GEM, Ana, has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her and she has gone above and beyond to make sure we have had the most perfect stay. She has been so attentive, thoughtful, friendly and genuinely lovely, and having Ana looking after us has made such a huge difference to our experience. She is an absolute credit to SO/ Maldives and we really hope she knows just how much we have appreciated everything she has done for us. ❤️ The whole resort has been incredible — the setting, the atmosphere, the food, the service and, most importantly, the people. We have made some amazing memories here and honestly don’t want to leave! SO/ Maldives has completely exceeded our expectations and we would return in a heartbeat. We are already talking about when we can come back! A huge thank you to everyone at SO/ Maldives for making our holiday so special, and a very special thank you to Ana for being the most amazing GEM. We have literally had the BEST time ever! 🥰🌴❤️

We have had the most amazing stay at SO/ Maldives, celebrating my twin daughters’ 21st birthdays, and it has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. A very special thank you to Ana (our GEM) who has been an absolute star throughout our stay. We genuinely cannot thank her enough for how wonderfully she looked after us. She was so attentive, thoughtful and caring, and it really felt like no detail was too small and nothing was ever too much trouble. She was incredibly responsive on WhatsApp and always so helpful whenever we had a question or needed information about our stay. She made everything feel so easy and stress-free, which added so much to what was already such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. What made it even more special was that she took the time to come and speak to us during dinner. She genuinely wanted to get to know us, chatted with us about the island and also shared a little about where she is from. Those personal touches really meant a lot to us and made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We would also like to give a very special thank you to Brown, one of the waiters at Citronelle. He has been an absolute pleasure to get to know and has gone out of his way most evenings to come and speak to us during dinner. He has shared so much interesting information about the atolls and the Maldives and has always been happy to answer all of our questions. Even during breakfast, he would come over to see how we were doing and have a little chat with us. Those small gestures have been so appreciated and have made our stay feel even more personal and special. We have had such a wonderful and relaxing time and could not have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Ana, Brown and everyone at the resort for making my daughters’ 21st birthday celebration so memorable. We wish you both, and the whole team, all the very best. It has been an absolute pleasure staying here, and we will definitely be coming back - next time with the rest of the family!
