Nádherný moderní hotel, špičkový servis, ochotný a nápomocný personál. Výborné snídaně, kde najdete úplně všechno vč. veganské nabídky. Každodenní úklid pokojů a malé překvapení pro děti, děkujeme Aruna Nepali. V 10. patře stylový chill noční klub a bar. Ještě o patro výš je bazén s dechberoucím výhledem na moře a fine dinning restaurací. Děkujeme za zážitek.

Travelled as a couple in our twenties on all inclusive (AI) in June 2026. Overall, the hotel and holiday was good and we and we had a nice time. However, we couldn’t shake the feeling that the hotel experience felt very “regulated” (read below for elaboration on this). Food & Restaurants Easily the best thing about this hotel. The buffet in the restaurant was excellent for all 3 meals every day, there was never a shortage of food, and it felt like the restaurant was open all the time so you never felt rushed to get to breakfast/lunch or finish your meal. Another lovely perk were the two à la carte meals you received on AI. You got the choice of 2/3, and both we selected were lovely, particularly Minoa, the staff were incredibly attentive here. While the food itself was lovely, one thing to note is that the buffet restaurant is the only option for food, which cannot be taken outside of the restaurant. Therefore, there is no food that you can eat (without paying) by the pool. There is food and ice cream available at the other bars, however you had to pay for this. The other exception here was the cafe bar that was open 24/7, which was a lovely perk, but it seemed rather odd that particular items at the cafe you could take away, but others you were made to sit in and eat. For example, you could take some melon away, but if you wanted a cake you had to have it plated and sit in and eat it, even at 4am. Some items here were also subject to charge. Pools Pools were ok. 1 main pool for families with lots of sun beds and parasol’s available, however, it did feel more like a large paddling pool rather than a pool you could swim in. The adults only pool was nice, but the adults only areas located on the higher floors of the hotel did not really have any sun beds with parasols, and in peak heat it wasn’t ideal for us to not have a parasol to put up, therefore we didn’t really get to explore these areas too much, which was a shame. Drinks & Bars Drinks again were ok. A standard amount of drinks options on the menu. Cocktails were meh, and staff were not willing to divert from the menu (to make a standard 3-ingredient cocktail). The other thing to note was the lack of bottled water available. You only received 1 bottle in the fridge on arrival and had to pay for all other bottles.(it does seem like this a common trend in Malta though). The water served from the bars was not nice. We ended up buying our own from a supermarket 10 minutes away. Bars were also interesting. It appears online that there are loads of options, however there is actually only 2 that are included in AI. The main bar we sat in was located near the lobby, but there was not really much going on here and not that much space to sit. The other AI bar had the same feel. We didn’t really explore the bars you needed to pay for, but Medusa looked nice. Entertainment Didn’t really exist. One individual musician in one of the AI bars per night. Room & Cleaning Room was standard. Felt clean but some areas felt worn, but not really a big deal. Good blackout curtains. The cleaners did an excellent job every day! Checking in & Support Check in was very vague and confusing, but I think this was more a fault of the hotels “AI package” rather than the staff themselves. It was quite unclear what was AI and where things were located, which was quite confusing as the hotel is located in two parts, each on opposite sides of the road and connected underground on the lowest floor. We requested a new room after the first night due to there being quite a lot of noise outside our room (as we were located near the lift) and we also would have liked a double bed instead of two singles. The lady at the desk who helped us with this was incredibly helpful and nice and moved us to an area of the hotel which was quieter. When we arrived to the new room, it was still two single beds, but this was perhaps just a miscommunication. Miscellaneous - Lifts were a little annoying. 6 lifts available but it didn’t seem that many of them were working. One of them kept malfunctioning and taking us up to the 11th floor instead of down, which was a little frustrating. - There is no beach at this hotel! - There is a very handy bus stop located just outside the hotel which is great for getting to other popular destinations. Regulated Feelings: Our feelings of regulation came from a few instances: - The 24/7 cafe having strict, seemingly pointless rules about which items could be taken away and which had to be eaten in. I’m sure there is a reason for this, but it might help for this to be explained. - The unwillingness to make simple, well-known drinks that divert away from the menu. All of the ingredients being requested were available on AI, but the immediate response from staff is - “sorry can’t do that” - We were met with this same attitude when we were checking out. To keep a long story short, we like to keep small souvenir/keepsakes to remember the holiday, like train tickets, receipts etc. Upon reservation of the 2x à la carte meals you received a small slip for each restaurant reservation, which we thought would be nice to keep for our collection. We asked guest services if we could have a blank copy to keep (as the originals had been handed in to the restaurant), but we were told that the lady needed to check with her manager, which to then we were told no. Staff were friendly, just not accommodating. - Sun beds being guarded by security in the morning. I understand sun bed reservation is an issue in peak season, but at the time in which we visited, it felt unnecessary as there were so many spare. We had a nice time, but unfortunately we wouldn’t return to this hotel.
