Nádherný moderní hotel, špičkový servis, ochotný a nápomocný personál. Výborné snídaně, kde najdete úplně všechno vč. veganské nabídky. Každodenní úklid pokojů a malé překvapení pro děti, děkujeme Aruna Nepali. V 10. patře stylový chill noční klub a bar. Ještě o patro výš je bazén s dechberoucím výhledem na moře a fine dinning restaurací. Děkujeme za zážitek.

Great hotel at the upper end of 4star. Great staff and very helpful. Although the hotel caters for all it splits kids and families up if needed with fabulous adults only retreats for chilling abd bathing with great views from the upper two floors

Family of four just returned after a weeks stay all inclusive. On the whole, its a nice hotel, we had a good room, pools were good, kids enjoyed the slides. Italian restaurant was good and Cheeky Monkey wasn't bad. Would I stay again? I don't think so because I found the 'all-inclusive' package to be a bit stingy - an example would be the cheeky monkey pub, they charge you for drinks even if you've paid an extra £2k on your holiday for all-inclusive...why not just allow free drinks in the pub like you do across the road at the hotel bars? The cost to the hotel is the same. Whilst the food was good, the selection was quite limited at times, especially for kids where they only offer four items daily for lunch and dinner (with the exception of Sunday when it's opened up to the public and they offer more). An example, last Thursday for lunch my kids had a choice of plan pasta, potatoes, calamari rings or cheese and broccoli bites, which was a real struggle to make sure they got fed. Why not offer more? I even wondered this on the themed nights - one evening there was a curry night, why not do a korma for kids? Or more generally, why not have a pizza section? I've added the above as constructive feedback for the hotel. If they made some small changes, I think this would improve the level of returning customers.

We throughly enjoyed our week's stay at the hotel. We found the food to be excellent in all the restaurants, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The highlight of our stay was a meal in the Minoa restaurant which was superb. The hotel facilities are excellent, but the stand out thing for us was the level of customer service provided by staff at every level. Everyone was smiley and pleasant and took time out to chat. Our waiter in the evening was Mohammed Sana and his friendly greetings and chat added to the enjoyment of our evening meal. We would also like to thank Abinash Karki who quietly and efficiently looked after our room. It was refreshing to see such a high level of customer service from staff who clearly enjoyed the job they were doing. There was only one negative aspect of our holiday and that was the traffic noise from the road running alongside the hotel. We were disturbed by "boy racers" revving up their engines on a stretch of road outside, however we fully accept that this is outside the control of the hotel.
