Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the ideal location for easy commuting to the excellent facilities offered. Every member of the team was a great ambassador for the hotel, from the initial concierge team, reception staff, room attendants and waiting on staff, nobody could be more pleasant or do enough to ensure you had a memorable stay.

A big thank you to all the staff (front of house, backroom, kitchen, restaurant, bar and cleaning) for making our stay such a memorable experience. Always smiling always happy to help, a special thank you to Raman and Imucan for all their help, keep up the good work guys. I cannot leave a review without mentioning the excellent breakfast and dinner experience, breakfast was a delight every morning with so much choice, I was really spoilt. Dinner was just as special with a vast amount to choose from and a different themed night each evening. Thank you all again guys.

Lovely staff, comfortable room, good buffet breakfasts and diners, and a great location for shopping and sight seeing.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and with a great view. My only complaint would be that it was rather difficult to understand how the various light switches worked. We were obliged to dine in room due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel advertises a fairly comprehensive room service menu, unfortunately the hotel isn’t geared up to serve a room service menu. The waiter arrived with three meals on three trays but there was nowhere to put anything down in the room. We asked if we could borrow the room service trolley which was rather reluctantly agreed to. The flaps on the trolley were broken so we weren’t able to use the trolley table effectively. After dinner we placed the trolley outside the room. It was still there the next morning. The food served was passable but not of a high standard. If a high class hotel advertises a room service menu it needs to ensure that it is deliverable

We experienced a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. You truly feel like a guest from the moment you wake up untill the moment you fall a sleep. We hope to be visiting again!
