Seaview Hotel - Adults Only 16+

Hotel is in a good location, we went with B&B and had a side sea-view room on the 9th floor which had a great view of the sea. The room itself was well equipped, safe (no charge) kettle, iron and board, TV and a decent sized balcony. The air conditioning unit was on winter mode which given the temperature outside made for a hot and uncomfortable room during the evening despite the fan, we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to the road noise etc. Also the shower room albeit good flow flooded and we had to mop up the water every time we used it, which was a pain! We couldn’t hear the occupants either side of us which was pleasing, apart from when they slammed their door! Breakfast was good and plentiful, with both hot (English) and cold (Continental) items to choose from. You have to swipe your card to access the lift and a floor, which on more than one occasion failed, so we often didn’t go anywhere lol! The Spa area is pretty good, indoor pool, Sauna, Steam room and Gym all included and worth using. On the 10th floor is the rooftop pool, with plenty of sunbeds (not sure what it would be like peak season). The pool isn’t too big but the rooftop has some great views! Staff were really friendly and helpful, there is a significant amount of development going on in the area and unfortunately my wife sprained and grazed her ankle whilst we were there and the staff were really helpful with getting it treated as best we could. Hotel was lovely & clean, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was a good with lots of choice. Cocktails were lovely & great to have during happy hour! We had a Seaview room which was very spacious, beds were pretty comfy, nice hot shower, plenty of storage in the room. Coffee machine & also a kettle, fridge & a large bottle water was provided foc. We tried the spa, but was disappointed, as the pool was not very warm & the steam room was unbearable to sit in, as it was so hot. So that only left the sauna to use. The only other criticism I have was the room we had was on the 2nd floor above the restaurant & it was so noisey with chairs scrapping, etc & outside was very noisy with the bars & people, so if you like it quiet, maybe try a higher up floor! All in all a very nice hotel & such friendly people in Malta. Also we had a rude awaking @ 01.15 one morning with the main fire alarm going off & there was no staff that came to tell anyone what was going on, but found out it was due to a member of staffs error with something left under a smoke alarm, so nothing serious, thankfully.

Recently stayed at the Seaview Hotel for a joint 50th Birthday celebration with 3 friends. We couldn't fault the hotel and staff. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and fresh towels every day. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious. There was always plenty of choice. Special shout out to our waiter Tony, AKA Tom Jones brother 😁 he definitely made our holiday! From the Scottish Spice Girls

Wow, where do we start. Amazing hotel. Had an electrical hiccup right at the very start of the holiday, which was dealt with immediately. Marko that was on duty that evening was very helpful and understanding and he sorted the issue immediately for us. The hotel delivered complimentary cakes and fresh fruit as an apology too which was very kind The Hotel is in fab location with great sea views The staff are some of the best we have ever had the pleasure of meeting during a holiday. Nothing was touch trouble for any of them. Alison from accounts which we met was very friendly and extremely helpful to us when we needed some advice about the hotel facilities and services The DeeSpa on site is amazing. The ladies that do the treatments are beautiful, kind and very knowledgeable. We had 2 days of treatments during our stay due to bad weather outside. It was Simply wonderful. The indoor pool is ok, on the small side for the number of guests, but we found it quiet during our stay in March /April. There is also a lovely sauna and steam room too. All very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety of both hot(warm) and cold foods. Only thing was that we found the food temperature to be a little too cool for us, but this is standard we find in most buffets when abroad. It did not spoil our stay or our breakfasts. The food choice and quality was good. On our departure day, they even arranged a take out breakfast bag for us to take with us to the airport. Free of charge. The bag was full of delicious breakfast items and water The only thing we had a problem with was the beds. For us they were too hard, but again we appreciate this is a personal preference and would have been ok for other guests. We didn't have much sleep over the 5 nights we were here. But like I said, everyone has a different choice when it comes to mattresses. The beds were huge though! Perfect for summers night! The rooms were spacious and clean and well equipped. The roof infinity pool looked amazing, but due to high winds closed during our stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Thankyou for looking after us.

Excellent hotel. Great location in the heart of Bugibba overlooking the sea, staff extremely friendly, good bar with happy hour and deals, huge breakfast buffet choice, rooms very clean and well looked after by housekeeping. Overall totally recommend
