Forgot to write this review but … honestly for anyone booking here for a festival holiday or just a girls trip it was brilliant! The rooms are so spacious maybe a little out dated with the air con situation but we had a ball! The cleaners were brilliant and the staff! The pool was lovely music was good and we had a good time! It is alittle bit far out but taxis using the bolt service was easy and affordable! Also the hotel helped us book our trip to blue lagoon and were so helpful! It’s a must see place in Malta! The little shop underneath is good too! Thankyou

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The price was at the level of a five-star hotel, but In my opinion, it did not even meet the basic standards of a one-star hotel. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty. There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and there were even flies inside. The air conditioning was also not working properly. The breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. The food appeared old and there was almost no variety or choice. What was available was of very poor quality. The breakfast area was also ext remely dirty. The tables were so dirty and sticky that your hands would literally stick to them. The coffee machine was not working either, which meant guests had to wait in a queue. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. Everything was dirty and poorly maintained, with rusty fixtures and generally untidy surroundings. There was barely any proper furniture. Instead of a normal table, there was a cheap plastic stool. Towels is so dirty and I bought a new from shop to use. The staff experience was also very poor. Apart from the manager, who was helpful and eventually resolved our problem, the reception service was extremely unprofessional. When I asked one of the receptionists for help, she actually shouted at me and said, “I don’t have time for these things.” This kind of attitude toward a paying guest is completely unacceptable. To be fair, the manager was helpful and professional, and one member of the reception team was also pleasant, but overall the service was very disappointing. The location was also terrible and did not match what was presented in the hotel’s photos. The photos were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. . Some of the facilities shown in the pictures did not appear to match the actual hotel experience.

We had a pool day for my husbands 40th birthday..pool bar food was good,pizzas were excellent staff were all helpful with great service a big thank you to Sed and Jacob super helpful did their outmost to make my husbands day one to remember thank you once again you guys are amazing 🤍the pool it's self is smaller then expected but we still enjoyed it ....they will definitely see us again 😊

The location is good with a few nice restaurants and the pool bar is brilliant for food and happy hour from 4-7, so affordable and nice. The rooms are spacious and has everything you need. The reception staff are always friendly and chatty, Riadh was one of the workers we dealt with and he made the experience good with recommendations and advice
