Radisson Blu Resort Taghazout Bay Surf Village

Tento hotel jsme navštívili už několikrát a moc rádi se sem vracíme. Čisté a komfortní, úžasné snídaně formou švédského stolu. Pokud chcete sufrovat s komfortním zázemím, nenajdete asi v maroku lepší místo. Z moře můžete v neoprenu s prknem v podpaží rovnou na pokoj nebo do bungalovu do sprchy. Dojít si po pláži do vesnice Taghazout na tajin trvá 30 minut.

Had a lovely time at the hotel. The first 2 bedroom bungalow we were allocated was very tired with damage to the laminate flooring. We were moved without any issues to double bungalow 608 . Many thanks to the lovely customer rep - (Willma?) who always met us with a smile and greeting. 608 was pretty freshly decorated and was kept spotless by Chaima who was always happy and brought sunshine to our holiday. Breakfast was very good with a great buffet and we particularly enjoyed the Moroccan items (msemmen / humus/pickled veg , etc). No issues with queues / overcrowding etc Pool was great. Again, no issues with overcrowding and we always got a cabana or sunbed no matter the time. We walked the short distance to taghazhout each night for dinner . Inexpensive but good quality (especially Fatima’s) Overall all hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend

Amazing people who work here, service was outstanding. food is outstanding , pool is outstanding, private beach is outstanding, this was our second visit and exceeded all expectations. Take time to know people's names..... the respect will come back at you 10 times over. This place is my perfect holiday. Looking to book again in September . If there is any kind of problem, the management and staff will sort it 😀 also Amazing to watch 🇲🇦 draw with 🇧🇷 at reserved seat in fantastic beach bar . Absolutely perfect :) Ian and Carole. Xx

Our stay at Radisson Blu Taghazout Bay Surf Village was ultimately overshadowed by a distressing incident that was handled appallingly by hotel staff and management. While we were at lunch, two of our beach sun loungers, complete with our towels and belongings, were allocated to other guests (not staying at the hotel). Rather than resolving the issue professionally, staff escalated the situation, which resulted in a confrontation that left my family feeling intimidated and unsafe. What was most shocking was the response from management. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, we were effectively told that what we had witnessed had not happened, and no meaningful support or follow-up was provided. Despite clearly explaining the impact the incident had on my family, we were left feeling ignored and unsupported. The incident and the hotel's handling of it significantly affected our holiday, resulting in the loss of over two days of what should have been a relaxing family break. There are positive aspects to this resort, particularly the yoga and surf teams, but guest safety, customer care and accountability start with management. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standards we expected from a Radisson Blu property.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Cute little bungalows settled in nature but also close to hotel amenities with sea views, bird song and butterflies everywhere. Great programme of activities if you want to get involved from acqua aerobics to paid activities such as yoga, Pilates and Reform Pilates. Pool is gorgeous with lots of sun chairs and umbrellas. The beach is a short hop across the beach promenade and is beautiful. Great programme fun to jump in and out of the waves. Security is everywhere and you feel safe. Good vibe at the beach with light music. 10min walk along the promenade to get to Taghazout where there are really great authentic restaurants and great opportunities for photos capturing authentic Morocco. Food at the hotel is good. We loved the Italian wood fire pizzas. Breakfast buffet had a good range with exceptionally nice orange juice. Lovely sheep ice cream is also very tasty.
