Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout

Perfektní servis po všech stranách. Zaměstnanci hotelu velmi vstřícní, stále usměvaví. Každý den jiná nabídka jídel a zákusků, opravdu velmi pestrá kuchyně. Jídla doplňovaná do poslední chvíle, takže se nikdy nestalo, že by něco došlo. Prostrory hotelu jsou opravdu nádherné. Hotel je mimo město, takže jsme uvítali velkou, klidnou a čistou pláž.

Přijel pozdě v noci, hladké přihlášení a velmi příjemný personál. Zaměstnanci mi pomohli najít cestu do místnosti, protože je to tak velký hotel, když jste poprvé přijeli, můžete se snadno ztratit. Také buďte opatrní, protože design hotelu je opravdu dobrý, ale existuje spousta malých kroků, které lze snadno projet.  Hotel je krásný a personál vynikající, ANO to je trochu zklamáním, že věci nejsou dokončeny, ale vzhůru vše je křupavé nové. Necítíte se zklamáni negativními lidmi, kteří chtějí sténat. Mnoho barů je skvělých a vřelý příjem od personálu tvoří většinu malých věcí, které je třeba vyladit.  Dvě věci, které vyžadují naléhavou pozornost, lázně nejsou připravené a nebudou na několik týdnů a rezervovatelné zábrany se neotevírají každou noc, takže si musíte rezervovat celou tu chvíli, kdy dorazíte, nebo nebude místo.  Ach ano, pláž je fantastická a bezpečná se skvělými vlnami a ne pod současnou, ale bude to měsíce před přidáním soukromé hotelové pláže, ale upřímně, nezastaví vás to užívat si pláže a neexistují žádní prodejci, kteří by vám poradili.

Tento hotel bude úžasný, ale právě to není hotové, TUI tvrdí, že to je, ale stavitelé, kteří chodí s přilbou a vestami Hi Viz, JCB na pláži vytváří pláž. Včera v noci v baru v 22 hodin jsme měli stavitele zatloukat do zdi pomocí kladiva! ! Sekce neotevřené včetně, lázně, kadeřnictví, prodejna otevřená (bez pažby), dámské toalety, žádná světla a svítí! ! Rui a TUI se cítím velmi skleslá

Takže jsme tu byli jen den, ale toto místo je opravdu něco zvláštního. Každý, kdo je nervózní z příjezdu do nového hotelu - nebuďte. Je to 5 hvězdiček po celou dobu a personál je prostě krásný. Je říjen - a počasí je také skvělé? Simon bude

Honest review. We, me and my two teenage children, visited here from 18th to 25th July We throughly enjoyed our stay. Yes there is sea mist and clouds sometimes, but the temperature is hot and we returned as tanned as we have anywhere else (we have travelled the world) We arrived at midnight to a gorgeous, huge lobby and a quick check in. A buggy took us to our seaview room. The rooms are gorgeous, spacey, modern and clean with air con to die for. There was a hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee facilities and robes and tonnes of towels. The beds were super comfy. We never had an issue getting loungers, for the first few days I was up at 7am (I like a couple of hours alone without the kids before I go back and collect them for breakfast) and managed to get poolside. Even at 10am there were lots of loungers available. On the 3rd day we found a roof top infinity pool, near the kids club (this is an adults only pool) it has gorgeous views of the sea, beach and palm trees. There are always loungers and daybeds available here. Sometimes after trips out at 2pm we’d come here and still be able to secure 3 loungers together. If you go on the prom out of the hotel and turn left in 1.5km you’ll reach a square where they have surfing lessons (my daughter did this, she loved it £25), this is where Pure Passion is that other people have mentioned. If you turn right out of the hotel down the prom, in 1.5km you’ll reach Taghazout, a surfing village with shops, cafes and restaurants. Remember it is Morocco not Dubai, we loved it, had juices, bought gifts etc. we even went at night after tea. There are stray dogs but they are cute, they don’t bother you. Like there are cats at the hotel, again they don’t bother you. The restaurants at the hotel are great, food practically 24 hours a day. Always something great to eat in the buffet, too much to mention. We tried all 3 al a cartes, we didn’t have a problem booking these at all (we used the app the day after we arrived and booked all 3) the head waiter even changed our 7pm booking to 9pm on the day. The food in all 3 of these restaurants was delicious. We used the jet skis on the beach, what a buzz. Only £25 for 15 mins (per jet ski) We used get your guide app to book 2 trips, on to Paradise Valley and another Sand boarding, both were excellent. We used Laura’s Timettavel to book a quad riding trip again excellent!! The entertainment at the hotel is fun, we attended the white party and watched the World Cup final. Every night we saw entertainment going on till late. We tended to sit in the jungle bar or on the terrace playing cards. All the staff were lovely and helpful in all departments. There are plenty of bars around the hotel and our mini bar was replenished every day without asking. We had a late flight (11:10pm) check out was at 12 noon. They stored our luggage for us and we spent the day relaxing by the pool and eating at the buffet. We could shower in a courtesy room or at the gym. I was worried about some bad reviews on here. Honestly I haven’t a clue why they had a bad time. We absolutely loved our time here. Please enjoy, have fun, enjoy the Moroccan culture and beauty. Any questions please feel free the ask!!
