Radisson Blu Azuri Resort and Spa Mauritius

Skvělé prostředí, ochotný a milý personál, vynikající jídlo, všude velice čisto - prostě cítili jsme se zde velice dobře. Doporučujeme všem, kteří si chtějí užít klidné chvíle s rodinou v překrásném prostředí.

Hotel Radisson Blu je nádherný komplex přímo u perfektní pláže a široko daleko nic než krásná pláž a teplé čisté moře. Výborná kuchyň perfektní servis , ochotný personál a hlavně prostředí dělá z tohoto hotelu úžasné místo k odpočinku a relaxaci. Doufám že se sem ještě někdy budu moct vrátit.

I wanted to do an honest review after seeing some mixed reviews here. We have just returned from a week in this beautiful hotel. Rooms We had a superior ocean view room and it was stunning. Big, clean, contemporary gorgeous bathroom with double rainfall shower and huge bath. Outside is furnished with wicker style chairs and a day bed for lounging around. Could have done with a couple of extra cushions on the day bed but that’s just picky. The room was spotless and the huge bed very comfortable. Beach Beautiful beach shallow waters warm sea, however the water is not crystal clear and the beach is not white sand… it’s still a beautiful beach but not like the ones you see in pictures. You can hire paddle boards pedallo’s and sail boats directly on the beach as part of the AI package. You can use the swim platform and take a glass bottom boat tour and snorkling also as part of the package. There are plenty of sunbeds with parasols and the bar staff do come to the beach to offer a drinks order and sometimes a tray of fresh pineapple. Pool Medium sized infinity pool right by the bar. Really nice wicker sunbeds and comfortable mattresses with parasols. There is a children’s pool by the main pool. The towel lady Dorcas provided large towels all day everyday with such a big welcoming smile. And always replaced wet used ones Food Main buffet; generally a good range of choice. Breakfast included fresh eggs anyway you wanted them cooked, bacon sausage pancakes fresh fruit pastries etc etc. I would have expected a bit more seafood on offer however this did not spoil my experience. There are other choices of restaurants black rock the Italian cafe all with good menus and a good discount as not everything from there is included in the AI package. Black rock has a lobster night and different cocktails to try. Spa Beautiful spa had a wonderful massage very helpful with appointments to suit Activities Elodir and Roy are fantastic. We did the cave exploration, kayak safari, and cycle tour they were fun and Elodie and Roy were knowledgeable and friendly they really enhanced the experience and are a credit to the hotel. We also went to the sister hotel post Lafayette via the shuttle bus. The beach here IS white sand turquoise clear sea and spectacular for snorkling. If you have children you cannot go as it is an adult only hotel. We had lunch here a couple of times and it was really good. We also went to flaq market via the hotel which is an incredible experience and a sensory overload in a good way! Finally Diana at reception is wonderful her smile and attention to detail is spectacular she is an absolute credit to the hotel. All staff were warm friendly and helpful. From the gardeners who are constantly keeping the place clean and tidy to the restaurant and bar staff remembering your favourite drink. Overall We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to come to this hotel again.

We have been to many hotels in Mauritius but Azuri was exceptional. The customer service at this hotel was truly outstanding.It’s rare to experience such a high level of care and dedication- Miss kheerty truly sets the standard from the moment we had dinner at blackrock she was so warm, attentive, and highly professional, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable,her friendliness and willingness to assist with even the smallest details made a lasting impression.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, particularly when we had a non-hotel related personal problem- the staff really went the extra mile to support us. Particularly thanks to our cleaner Devianee who made a big effort for us, as well as Nadia at the kids club who was wonderful with our four year old daughter who was sprinting to go and play there by the end of the holiday. In terms of the facilities, we were impressed. We mainly ate at the buffet which cycles through different cuisines each night, offering a varied selection of food. We also enjoyed 2 of the a la carte restaurants too. The bar and waiting staff are very attentive and we got to know them well over the trip. The Kids Club has many good activities for younger ones which change each day, and some lovely staff who put a lot of work into their roles. The pool is divided into 3 zones including a small toddler/baby pool. It isn’t huge but we enjoyed going into it. The beach nearby is nice and it is well worth taking the Glass Bottom Boat trip out to see fish undersea - we really enjoyed that. There are varied forms of entertainment but the standout was the stargazing session with an astronomer which was really all done. We enjoyed the stay here and would absolutely recommend!
