Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa

Location: 3.5/5 North of the island. Atmosphere: 1.5/5 Dead cold, not romantically quiet and relaxing, just COLD. Rooms: 2.5/5 Had two problems one is the shower drain is draining very slow that the room partially filled with water and their solution was to ask us to go for a walk while they bring the maintenance guy to fix it, which is not acceptable at all. The second problem was with the terrace sliding door it wasn’t locking and had to bring the maintenance guy to fix it in our first night of our honeymoon there👎. Value: 3/5 I would say that you get what you paid for but for this one i got scammed Cleanliness: (indoor 4.5/5) (outdoor 3/5) Housekeepers did great job cleaning the room and always forgetting to refill the toiletries. For the outdoor the terrace was average nothing to write about. Noise level: 4/5 Get ready to wake up everyday of your holiday to the amazing industrial and gardening noise. Service: 3/5 Slow reception service and sometimes having difficulty understanding in regards of language (English) Amenities: 3/5 Spa is cool, and I didn’t go to the other amenities.

We came to this beautiful looking resort for our honeymoon! The staff are amazingly friendly and really look after you, they’re a real delight especially Ritish and Pranav at the restaurant, they worked so hard and we were super grateful to them! The rooms are enormous and the food is of nice quality and they certainly try very hard with the presentation , but the same all inclusive menu daily (apart from one buffet dinner on a Thursday) is extremely limited and becomes very dull very quickly!! A quiet resort, they could definitely do with some live music every evening and also, signing for drinks every time is a bit of a chore! ( plus only being allowed 2 coffee pods for the 7 day duration without further charge, even though we had chosen the all-inclusive package!) There’s often lots of up selling too which is frustrating when you’ve already paid more for the all-inclusive package and are limited to many items off the lunch and supper menu. So to sum it up, it’s a very nice place (a little quiet for our taste) that could definitely have some easy improvements, but the rooms and staff make this a very pleasant place to be. If you’re going all inclusive be aware that this is not the usual AI you are probably used to. Food and drink

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. The food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation. Every dish was beautifully prepared and served with great care. Service was always quick, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to Nimesh, Nabsha, and Manon at Reception for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. Your kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Also extend our sincere thanks to Lanedo and Shravan, for making my birthday dinner so special. My fiancé had arranged a surprise celebration, and the team executed it perfectly. Def recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Sea Diamond Hotel. The hotel is elegant, the service is outstanding, and the food is delicious. We booked the breakfast and dinner package and were very impressed with the quality and variety of the meals. A special thank you to Akash for his kindness, patience, and excellent service in the restaurant. He was very helpful in recommending and choosing meals. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.
