Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Resort. It is a beautiful, very well-kept resort with lovely gardens and a size that we found just right - small enough to feel peaceful and personal without feeling isolated. There were opportunities to meet and chat with other guests while still having plenty of privacy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, particularly the beds and pillows. The evening bed turndown service, in addition to the regular housekeeping, was a lovely touch and made the stay feel that little bit more special. The food was excellent overall, beautifully presented and freshly prepared, with very good breakfast choices and a good variety of drinks. The Mauritian buffet on Thursday evening was particularly memorable -an amazing variety of delicious local food, with drinks included for everyone. Complimentary tea was also offered every evening, which was another thoughtful touch. And it was all halal. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely courteous and welcoming. The way staff would stop, place a hand over their chest and greet you warmly was lovely. Even more impressive was how well they remembered individual guests - your coffee preferences, something you had mentioned, or an activity you had planned - and would often ask about it later. It made the service feel genuinely personal rather than routine. The reception team were extremely helpful and efficient, and throughout our stay staff actively encouraged feedback and genuinely seemed to want to make the experience the best it could be. It would be difficult to name one or two individuals because we had such a positive experience with almost everyone we encountered. There are just a couple of small areas that could make an already excellent experience even better. Drink service could occasionally be quite slow despite plenty of staff being around, and housekeeping was slightly inconsistent with replacing towels and room amenities. I mention these purely as constructive feedback, as neither significantly affected our overall experience. Overall, the positives far outweighed these minor issues. We left with very fond memories of Sea Diamond, particularly the warmth and hospitality of its staff. I would happily recommend it and would certainly consider returning.

We were really pleased with the service here at the hotel. Dimitry always had a smile on his face and made us enjoy our stay here at the hotel.
