Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa

Let’s start with the positives, the location is fantastic, the view from the dining area is spectacular. After some teething problems the room we have is fantastic it is like having your own private garden with a pool, but it took some persuading to getting the right room as advertised but once the general manager got involved things were solved very quickly. The food is good although the menu could do with some more dishes without shelled seafood to cater for those with allergies. The service in the dining room is a bit hit and miss we have had great service and poor service depending on the team on duty. The reason I am writing this review though is that the hotel could step up its service for helping guests getting in touch with excursion companies, we wanted to go on a snorkelling trip and the front desk could not help. As the hotel is rated as five star this should be standard.

Thank to lanedo fabrice and rajen all team to the restaurant ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We came for our anniversary, the check ib process we can said ok the staff are very friendly. The service at the restaurant worst there are way too much staffs but service not at the level. Room cleaniness and amenities need more attention. Not recommended.

It was a very relaxing massage.

Very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel. We came here for our honeymoon, expecting a special and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards we expected from a 5-star property. The check-in process was delayed even though there were staff members available. At the restaurant, our drinks arrived only after 30 minute we had already finished our meal. There were several staff members around, but they appeared more focused on joking and chatting with colleagues than attending to guests. As honeymoon guests, we also expected at least a small gesture or some special attention, but there was nothing at all—not even a simple decoration. To make matters worse, we were provided with a dirty water bottle. This raises a basic question: Is this really the level of hospitality expected from a 5-star hotel? Management needs to improve supervision and ensure that staff remain attentive, professional, and focused on guest service. A 5-star experience is not just about the property—it is about the quality of service and attention given to guests.
