Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

Yodhir is great entertainment team member, excellent positive attitude towards the guest and I loved the bracelet he made and gave.

My husband, in-laws, and our two sons (ages 8 and 10) and myself recently spent 5 days at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive in Tulum. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay! The trip started a bit rocky. When we arrived, the front desk agent (I believe his name was Edson) was quite cold. He didn’t provide a basic introduction to the resort, didn’t give us the signature Hilton bags, and simply told us to scan the barcode on our wristbands. We were honestly worried it was going to be a disappointing stay. However, those worries quickly faded! Dining: We tried every single restaurant. The service everywhere was truly top-notch. Personally, I loved the Italian restaurant and Boho. My kids couldn't get enough of the Flank Steak at Boho! Just a tip: keep an eye on the restaurant opening schedule (I almost missed Boho myself). We found making reservations easier than expected, though that might be because it wasn't peak season. Activities: This was our favorite part! The resort offers so much—Spanish lessons, archery, a "floating casino" (with play money—the kids loved it!), and pool volleyball. We had the pleasure of meeting the entertainment team: Diego, Yodhir, Angelo (Happy Birthday!), and Nico. They are incredibly friendly, energetic, and patient. My husband even won 1st place in the archery competition! lol. Meeting them was a highlight of our trip. Kids Club: My boys had a blast with the activities like making dream catchers, keychains, and bookmarks. The staff even played ping pong with Brendan! And of course, they loved the video games. A huge thank you to Arge, Nath, Griss, Pau, Eli, Emi, and Fanny for making the 5 days so memorable for them. Summary: This is a fantastic all-inclusive resort. We would definitely return! One quick tip: Uber isn't allowed inside the gates. While Didi and other apps exist, I found it almost impossible to get a ride on Didi. I highly recommend pre-arranging your transportation. Don't rely on the clocks in the elevators or the rooms; they are almost always wrong. You don't want to miss your restaurant reservations.

We had the best experience and Dafne and her team took extremely good care of us every morning. They greeted us with our coffee and Mimosas with a smile and such generous hospitality. We will be back.

Really nice staff, views, and cool activities! Especially the bellman Javier, very personable and very helpful while checking out!
