Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort

I spent an amazing week at the Hilton Cancun as a guest fitness instructor. From check in to check out, my husband and I were in awe of the resort and its phenomenal staff. I met William in the gym on day one and he was very welcoming. He gave me a tour of the facility and made sure that I had everything I needed for my daily classes. The resort is very clean. We spent most of our days poolside with margaritas in hand. There are many restaurants to choose from and nightly entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip!! Julian the bell man was fantastic. He immediately made us feel so welcomed and showed us all the great amenities. When it time to leave, Julian helped us get checked out smoothly. This made our trip extra relaxing. We will definitely be back!

The service here was amazing! Shout out to Julian as our bellman, Novoa and Guillermo as our bartenders and all the other staff who made our stay special.

Was at this resort for a week and change with family. Kids loved it. All they cared about was pool anyway. The pros. Cleanliness, service, choices of food and drinks. The steakhouse i would highly recommend. Reserve ASAP! We enjoyed it. Didn’t get to try any other restaurants but they are quite few. Etc. Italian, Asian. We stayed in a room with the nature view. Wasn’t bad. Also there is a place for childcare. Can leave your kids for about two hours or so (not everyday) .. The few cons. The beach. If you looking for a beach resort. THIS IS NOT IT. Already accessibility to streets, stores etc. driving into this resort from the main entrance is about 10 mins or so. Take that how you want it. Another CON is minor. Big sink area but not vanity. Not a party type of resort. There are game nights at the lobby. Some live music, silent disco etc. overall we had a good time. Would recommend for families with young kids. Lastly there was some type of conference when we were present but it didn’t seem to be bothersome for us.
