Our recent stay for our son's 21st birthday was incredible and truly memorable. We are definitely planning to return. The Enclave concierge was very responsive to my emails, and the housekeeping, refrigerator restocks, and turndown services were all excellent. What a wonderful stay with my family! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels intentional yet effortless. We were welcomed with a delicious Mexican style drink made by the amazing Nadya. She made the best Mexcalita de Jamaica. We would always ask the bar for this drink because of the lasting impression it left on us. They were never as perfect as Nadya’s though! The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding jungle and coastline, creating a space that feels both luxurious and grounded. Open-air design, natural materials, and thoughtful details make every corner feel like a quiet celebration of the landscape rather than an interruption of it. The rooms are sanctuaries. Soft linens, handcrafted décor, and private terraces invite you to slow down completely. Whether you wake to the distant sound of waves or step outside to a plunge pool tucked into greenery, there’s a sense that time stretches here in the best possible way. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the service. It’s warm without being overbearing, attentive without feeling scripted. Staff seem genuinely invested in making your stay memorable, whether that means arranging a last-minute cenote excursion or simply remembering how you take your morning coffee. We felt that we had our own bell boy, Martin, who was always there when we needed him. He would be waiting for us outside of our casa right at the time we were getting ready to head out. He was very professional, patient, and kind! It felt like we had a new family member. I am forever grateful to his hospitality. Dining is another highlight. Fresh, vibrant ingredients define every dish, with menus that balance local tradition and creative flair. Even a simple breakfast feels special—tropical fruit at peak ripeness, house-made pastries, and coffee that makes you linger a little longer than planned. One of our favorite restaurants was Auma. The food was always delicious! Our server Adriano was spectacular! He catered to us like we were his family and was always very engaging and uplifting. Our kids loved playing by the perfect-temperature pool. There was always a staff member ready to grab us drinks wherever we were planted. Two of the staff, Sintia and Daniel, were just too good to us! As any of my family member’s drinks were coming to a finish, they would have a drink on the way. I am grateful for their attention to my family. Truly a hospitable experience that I will never forget. I would love to see a longer beach, but with the coral and ocean life that comes pretty close to shore on one side of the beach, preservation of ocean life is understandable. We were very grateful and thankful to the staff for their kindness and eagerness to always help and answer all of our questions. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel. Rested, inspired, and just a little more connected to the natural world. Leaving is difficult, but the memory of it stays vivid, like a dream you can revisit whenever you need it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience especially the stretching and aquatic zumba class with Anne! So much amazing energy. The stretch class with the Mayan group was so unique and beautiful. A wonderful gift 💖

We travelled from the UK for an 11 night stay which was meant to be a relaxing holiday for my husband and I to get away from work. We were really disappointed that the hotel management prioritised 2 separate conventions during our stay, resulting in restrictions on where we could sit, what facilities we could use as they were setting up all day for an evening corporate event. There were big branded signs put up on the beautiful beach, completely ruining the view and they also stuck 'motivational ' quotes all over the steps, branding in reception and several hundred people registering for the event in work clothes, blocking reception area. They closed the main restaurant meaning we had to go elsewhere for lunch and evening food. The corporate guests were loud, disruptive and woke us up at 1.45am (they got the wrath of me!). We go to Mexico every year but I would never return to this hotel, very disappointed. Holiday guests should be given priority and corporate events should be kept separate
