Riu Caribe

Absolutely amazing. The best hotel we have ever stayed in!! Will definitely be back next year. Mexico and this hotel have definitely stole my heart. Food buffet and restaurants amazing, staff amazing, parties amazing. Completely everything - not one bad word to say about this place. The cleanliness of the hotel through out - immaculate. You could never possibly be bored, there was always something to do. The views from our balcony were immense. The fridge was always stocked up same with the mini bar the minute it ran out!!!Thank you so much for a great trip. We were gutted to be leaving❤️

This is definitely a party resort, but saying that there is at least four pools where you can get away from Mr. microphone so to speak with the Reggaeton music that drives me insane. One of the pools seemed to be heated up to like ridiculous heat levels. I don’t know why. The bartenders and staff were amazing constantly cleaning. I’ve never seen such a clean resort in my life.. The food was amazing, was hoping to get at least a few nights of lobster, but that was not available, but there was lots of prawns. I have to say the Al la carte restaurants were terrible. Except for the Shangri-La, other than that, I would suggest eating at the main buffet. The nighttime shows could’ve been better. There was one night with the Michael Jackson show, which was fantastic. They need to crank up the air-conditioning in all the bars and restaurants because it’s very hot there. We were taken care of very well when we needed to restock the bar fridge and hard booze dispensers within minutes. An attendant came and fixed our safe that was not responding. He was there in five minutes. I am not a fan for loud noisy parties, but the Riu partys with the theme events like the pink party and the white party were amazingly done and shut down at the latest at 11 PM so going to sleep at night is very peaceful and quiet. They have an amazing sound system for the Riu party’s where the heavy base does not annoy you. That was very fun. When we come back, absolutely. Very professional staff, every single one of them.

I have been coming to the Riu Caribe since 2014, and there is a reason I remain a loyal customer: they treat you like a person, not just a number. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel truly special. The check-in process was seamless. Valeria took excellent care of us and was absolutely great. I also want to give a special mention to Karen, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. It was my sister and brother-in-law’s first time visiting Cancun, and my parents were celebrating their 58th wedding anniversary, so having that extra level of care meant the world to us. The resort itself is fantastic, featuring: Modern Accommodations: The rooms are consistently clean and updated. Prime Location: Beautiful, direct access to the beach. Excellent Dining: A wide variety of delicious drinks and food options. Atmosphere: The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, contributing to a fun, lively energy throughout the property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive experience where the service is as high-quality as the views, I cannot recommend Riu Caribe enough. We will definitely be back!

Stayed with 5 friends (all adults), seriously we didn't want for anything. There is a 24 hour Sports Bar where you can grab a coffee, beer or cocktail any time of the day, there's also food available sandwiches, hot dogs, pastries - in fridges that are kept fully stocked when the restaurants are closed. The staff are amazing and work tirelessly throughout the day to keep everywhere clean and tidy. With 5 different restaurants to choose from on a first come first served basis (no early morning queuing) there is certainly plenty of variety. Entertainment is great and the team work really hard on perfecting their performances. Hope to go back some day, would love to go back every year.
