Riu Latino

This resort was a 10 out of 10 for me! Food was good and the fact that there are no reservations needed for the restaurants was great. The entertainment crew was amazing!! The shows they did were sooooo entertaining!! Always something to do on the resort to playing bingo, playing black jack, zumba or hitting the resort club. The employees were all great. The only bad thing was that the sauna in the women’s section in the spa was out of order and the cold plunge pool wasn’t as cold as it should be. But no biggie. Definitely will be back.

Overall great experience but, mostly the hospitality and customer service. Specifically from bartenders (Mike , Roberto) and our waitress (Vicky). Entertainment was ok staff was very helpful and rooms were very clean. Bar was restocked daily will come back here again. Only negative is the playlist music at the pool area.

From the moment you step into the RIU, the VIP service you receive is exceptional! The staff is amazing, friendly, and always ready to help, making you feel welcome from the very beginning. This was our fourth visit to RIU Latino, and we will definitely keep coming back! The beautiful beach, comfortable rooms, and delicious food offer everything you need for a wonderful getaway. But what truly makes the experience unforgettable is the outstanding service and incredible atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit so special. We can’t wait to return! ❤️

Will never stay at another Riu worst experience ever bought cigars in their store and then was told couldn’t smoke outside!
