Riu Ventura

We had the best time in RIU Ventura. 2 weeks from the UK. Hotel was lovely, food nice and plenty of it! Pool areas clean and well kept. Facilities great! Special mentions for staff who made our stay amazing! (apologies if names not spelled correctly) Montserat & Aracen at breakfast and lunch - very welcoming and knew our drink orders! Miguel from the Riu Fit section - daily classes were great and he is so lovely and welcoming. Jonathon (with the moustache) - friendly and welcoming and great fun! In the Bar area we were looked after by Brenda, Elvia and Franchesco. Thank you all for making our stay memorable!

Birthday vacation was so much fun and this resort was beautiful. The only thing I would say is it need all elevators working! Other than that, no complaints!

Everything went well. We didn't enjoy the food at the Asian and Italian restaurants. There were nice options at La Hacienda.

Riu Hotel is a fantastic Hotel! My family and I loved our stay at the Riu Hotel! We had a beautiful vacation at this beautiful hotel! The rooms are beautiful and clean. The restaurants are wonderful. We loved the La Hacienda restaurant. the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. I love my stay. We will come back our next vacation.

The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, I woke up every single night because of how loud the vents and AC were. There were also a few things I wasn’t very happy with, especially the cleanliness, as I felt the floors weren’t being swept or mopped properly. Overall, though, I had a great experience. The service was amazing, and despite a few issues, I would rate this hotel a 7 out of 10.
