Royalton Riviera Cancun

We had a great vacation! The resort was clean, staff were very nice ( especially Carlos and Alan) the butlers that were taking care of us . The food was amazing. We loved the experience !!!

This was our second time back to this resort and we weren’t disappointed! Our butlers Carlos and Alan were awesome and went above and beyond in making our vacation wonderful and so relaxing! We can’t wait to return and hopefully get the same butlers. The food was good as usual and the service. The only thing we wish was a bit better is the Diamond Club itself where you check could be better laid out . We have been at other Royaltons that are smaller resorts and the diamond clubs are double the size. They have a separate check in area from the area where the food is and bar and private bathrooms. We love the coffee shop but with size of the resort they almost need two. Otherwise we love this resort, the staff and the cleanliness and the swim up rooms. The only disappointing part is we never can swim in the ocean as it is too dirty or full of sargasses which I know that they can’t control, but this usually my favourite part of a resort is the ocean.

Second time at this resort. Location is great, food is awesome and the staff are friendly. Through the Diamond Club you have access to different amenities and a butler service. Diego and Cesar were phenomenal. Kind, professional, and got us what we needed when we needed. Will be returning.

We loved our first time so much, we came back again. My wife and I never got to take our honeymoon because of my busy work schedule. We got married on July 6th, 2024 and two days later I was on a plane to Honduras for work. So after taking on a new job, I used all my vacation time and booked everything in June. Once again our experience was nothing short of fantastic again, except this time we stayed in the Hideaway side of the resort. We had our same butler team Rodrigo and Alberto and they were fantastic as usual. I would also love to give a shout out to my new favorite bartender Manuel who works the Hideaway side. Made our drinks great, had plenty of great conversation and overall a good person. Please make sure he gets some sort of recognition from your leadership team. We don't know when exactly, but the Carter's will be coming back!!!
