Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

They need to do better. It’s not worth the money that you spend. Staff tends to be very lazy for example breakfast opened at seven but they weren’t ready until 730. Preferred club does not offer all the liquor you want unlimitedly. Once they run out, you don’t get anymore unless you ask and have to really push somebody to fix the issue and concierge is a waste of money as well. Highly disappointed Beach club is ugly. The beach was filled with seaweed which is out of their control, but when I walked down the beach to other resorts, I noticed the staff actually took time to try to clean up the seaweed, whereas secrets did nothing about it. Highly disappointment I left feeling frustrated versus feeling like I just had a great vacation. I tried to eat breakfast before leaving. The breakfast open at seven I had to leave for 730. I made it there for 705 and was not able to get breakfast or eat it because they weren’t ready until 730 even though we open from seven. A lot of of them are lazy and it seems as though they care more about money providing service. The staff seems to be unhappy, and it shows

Great resort, I booked 2 rooms to celebrate my birthday with my 2 sons. I had the master suite with rooftop plunge pool and my sons had the swim up pool room. Resort was very clean and comfortable. Service was amazing. My personal concierge Juan Rodriguez was amazing, friendly, patient, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Best resort ever, the longer the stay the more at peace you will feel. The food is amazing, the service is amazing. My only complaint is I wish I was there longer.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was beautiful, the rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable, and the level of service was impeccable. What truly set this resort apart, though, was the staff. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. My wife and I genuinely felt like we were treated like royalty throughout our entire stay. The attention to detail, hospitality, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

Resort was beautiful. My room was gorgeous and spacious. We will definitely be returning. My only real complaint was I should have booked a longer stay. All of the staff was attentive and pleasant.
