Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

We stayed at the Villa Zamna beach house. The butlers, Rafael and Luis are amazing! They made the whole experience just incredible. They arranged transportation for us to do our own excursions, their personalities are awesome. They single handedly made this probably my favorite vacation ever!

Such a beautiful resort, the service, food quality and cleanliness of the entire property was amazing. Nataly, Ajax and Ana all helped to make this a special memory for us. They do weddings and special events, definitely recomend to check ot out.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! I think the only thing it was missing at the time was a gift shop, which made me a bit sad since I wanted some merch from the hotel to take home. I was booked in a swim out which faces the main pool; these are all connected so they are not private swim outs since you can swim down to someone else in another room, but that didn't bother me in the slightest - it's just something to mention if you're needing more privacy. The beds are spectacular and very comfortable. The bathrooms are huge and provide amenities such as toothpaste, etc if you forget them. The beach club is also amazing! I knew this hotel did not have it's own beach so I was not bothered by the fact that I had to take their shuttle to their private beach club. The cabanas are comfy and food service is tasty and easy to access if you're hungry from a long day in the sun. I really also appreciated the variety of food at this hotel - all gourmet, but something for everyone. I also thought it was really cool that they host a movie night near the pool and it's a different movie every night that they host them. The staff were very pleasant and made check in a complete delight! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Tulum or even a little outside of Cancun to get away from the rush of the main city. I can't wait to come back!
