Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club

I had a wonderful stay at Secrets Tulum as a solo traveler! The customer service was a standout during my stay! I was able to book a shuttle from/to the airport through the hotel (for an additional fee), which was super convenient. Once I arrived, the entire staff was very friendly and helped me with my bags. The resort was pretty large, so any time I asked a staff member for help with directions, they were so helpful -- some even stopped what they were doing to personally walk me to my destination! I also had a personal concierge who checked in with me each day with daily activities, and was available if I had any questions. The all-inclusive food and beverages (including cocktails) were also a huge plus! There were a lot of restaurants spanning across a wide variety of cuisines, but there were only a couple of restaurants (Bluewater Grill & Jasmine) that blew me away. In all, I had a great time and would come back! I would just flag that this is an active resort that is centered around entertainment, so I'd probably come back with a travel partner or group to make the most of the daily/nightly activities available. Outside of the spa, there weren't a lot of quiet areas to sit by the pool and relax. This resort also isn't on the beach, but they do provide shuttles, so be mindful of this when booking!

The overall experience for my husband and I is A 10/10. From the time we arrived until we left we had an amazing time. Everyone was very friendly and happy to see us smiling. I would definitely return. The only downside would be the mosquitoes but in the jungle what do you expect.

We had an unforgettable experience at Secrets Tulum and its Beach Club! The beach club setting is absolutely breathtaking, with a gorgeous beach, great vibes, and ultra-comfortable double daybeds to relax in style with top-notch food and cocktails. What truly made our stay so special was the exceptional staff: Jorge welcomed us upon arrival at the beach club with such warmth and dedicated attention, instantly setting the tone for a fantastic day. Christian took incredible care of us directly at our beachside loungers—always fast, attentive, and smiling. Fernando at the beach club bar is an absolute star bartender—friendly, attentive, and crafting delicious drinks with care. Arturo, our wonderful concierge, took the time to personally give us a site visit of the main resort, shared his absolute best recommendations, and checked in every morning with the daily activity schedule to keep us in the loop. Erick, our favorite waiter at the main resort, was simply amazing—so exceptionally attentive, thoughtful, and kind throughout our meals. A true dream team that goes above and beyond across the entire resort. We cannot recommend Secrets Tulum enough!

Beautiful resort!! Very lush with beautiful vegetation. Must bring bug spray. And ask for Enrique for a waiter. He has the best vibe and so helpful. The beach club chill and relaxing. Antio the bar tender in lobby bar makes fast drinks delicious!!
