VR Club Tulum Riviera

Beautiful grounds and setting. The rooms are spacious and large bed. The older rooms look amazing but inside are tired, we all didn’t sleep that well. The showers were cold, I had one warm shower in the 3 days we were there. You are given one beach towel each and when we went to ask to have this changed there were no towels available, this happened each day. The cleaning staff and gardeners work extremely hard and do a fantastic job. The breakfast is absolutely amazing the chefs cook fresh pancakes and omelettes which are delicious. Breakfast is 7.30-9.30am and it’s best to get there at 7.30am as lots runs out. We saw lots of places on the beach where turtles had laid eggs so this would be an amazing place to go to see this. We were unfortunate that the beach was covered in seaweed which was smelly so couldn’t swim in the sea or see turtles/the reef

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Even 7 stars are less! We've been lucky enough to travel to many beautiful places around the world, but I can honestly say that VR Club has one of the most incredible teams we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There are luxury hotels with breathtaking views, expensive resorts with beautiful rooms, and places with endless amenities... but every now and then, you find something that money simply cannot buy: extraordinary people. From the very first moment we arrived until the moment we had to say goodbye, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed, respected, appreciated, and cared for. Antonio doesn't just manage a hotel—he inspires everyone around him. His professionalism is exceptional, but what truly sets him apart is his heart. The rooms are ok definitely need to be updated more modern need to have wash clothes . Food was not that good. But it was an ok stay! Hotel had a lot of seaweed smell was bad.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the drinks were cool
