Loginn Hotel Berlin Airport

While the check-in process went smoothly upon arrival, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse. The air conditioning in the room was faulty, blowing hot air on every setting, and the hot water was dangerously inconsistent, fluctuating to scalding temperatures mid-shower. On the first day, we requested two additional pillows at reception since the room was equipped with only one large pillow and one small one. Despite following up multiple times over the next two days, the pillows were only delivered on the third day. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned once during our four-night stay. We requested fresh towels but never received them, leaving us highly dissatisfied. Having stayed at the Premier Inn across the road several times before, I can confidently say this hotel is not worth your money. Save yourself the trouble and opt for the Premier Inn instead—you’ll get a better experience at a fraction of the cost.

A really clean cool hotel with very courteous staff. The breakfast was really plentiful and fresh with Swiss CoffeeMachine👍🥰🇨🇭⛑️The location was 2 Train STOP from BER Airport and only 3min.walks. Also a ALDI is just 5nin.walk away. To Alexander Place also only 37-41Min.by direct train S9 so great of transport links. Hotel has also a 24/7 GYM. We had a Superior Room...was very big. We stayed here for a few nights. The room was small but we were able to open two cases luckily on the floor. The train station is opposite so we caught the train to the city centre for €4.80. The breakfast was okay, fresh fruit either went quickly or wasn’t much there as I only saw over ripe bananas. Staff were helpful to my friends on a few things. Shower was hot and heating worked well so we were happy. Wifi was good.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and will not be returning. The rooms are tiny with no facilities to hang clothes and regretfully the room was very dirty. Despite repeated requests to reception my room was not cleaned on any of the four days I was there. Breakfast is adequate but the hot food was unfortunately cold. Food in the evening was dreadful and should be avoided if possible. The staff are pleasant enough.

The hotel was okay. Perfectly situated for the airport, a little out of the way if you intend on travelling in to Berlin for sightseeing. The hotel cleanliness could have been better. The rooms had been cleaned on arrival, although if you want the rooms cleaned during your stay you have to request this. The room curtains were disgusting, stained all over including what appeared to be dried blood. A little more deep cleaning of fixtures and fittings is required. There isn't much else to say about the hotel, it's pretty basic. I won't stay again purely based on the cleanliness aspect, but that could be an isolated incident.
