Seetelhotel Kaiserstrand Beachhotel

We moved here from other Seetelhotel in searches of better room and seaview. Don’t book on booking, book in the hotel itself so that you see the room you are taking before you pay. They had “side sea-view” which turned out to be facing some construction site. To see the narrow band of the sea from it you have to get on the balcony and bend out. So we chose our corner front sea view room in person. I like it more than suit, as it looks bigger, have a big balcony and 270° view. Positives: big restaurant, nice towels, good beds, nice view, fresh squeezed juices at the breakfast. Hard to find, I would not ever go so far around the corner but they exist if you search:). Reception staff is very friendly and speak good English, at least some of them. Negatives: There is no outdoor eating terrace for healthy people. It’s annoying to always it inside when you like and value fresh air and sea view. There are always some smokers. You come on the terrace with your breakfast and if only one smoker sits around, your nice fresh air is all spoiled. I would forbid smoking in restaurants completely, to please couple of people with bad habits you, hotels, turn away plenty of healthy lifestyle people. Suggestions for the room: the trash can in the bathroom is not conveniently hidden inside the drawer, I need it more often in the toilet! Ask any lady and she will tell you why. Breakfast is 21€ and it does not worth the candle if you are vegan or raw vegan. There are some fruits but not sweet or ripe enough, and not enough fresh vegetables. Espresso is not tasty. But they have almond milk, that’s good. No kettle or espresso machine in the room. The carpet on the floor is dirty as well as balcony railing. Glass balcony would be better (some rooms have glass, some are metal, choose glass for view.) If you like to sit on the balcony you will be also most likely annoyed by smokers as you feel them even at a distance, hotel should separate them in other building or forbid smoking completely. I would also recommend hire English people for cafe/restaurants. There are nice wood trails to walk or bike not far from the hotel. You can walk left far away along the beach and return through the woods.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel nicht so gut. In der Dusche war Schimmel, im Waschbecken fremde Haare, die Gläser und Tassen waren dreckig verschmiert. Wenn man die Kissen vom Sofa genommen hat, dann waren Flecken auf dem Sofa. Der Servicegedanke wird dort sehr klein geschrieben. Rezeption selten besetzt, über Zimmertelefon nie erreichbar. Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein. Personal insgesamt eher unmotiviert. Solch schlechten Service habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel erlebt.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, die Lage sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut - absolut nichts zu bemängeln an Auswahl und Qualität. Das Abendbuffet war ok. Es hat geschmeckt, war aber nichts besonderes und es gibt viele gute Restaurants nahebei…. Der Service war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Negativ ist anzumerken, dass anscheinend bei der Trittschalldämmung gespart wurde. Wir hörten, wenn wir uns im Zimmer aufhielten, oft lautes Getrampel, konnten nicht ausmachen woher…und Türenschlagen, dass die Wände wackelten… Stimmen waren aber nicht zu hören… Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass das WLAN extrem schlecht ist, zumindest in unserem Zimmer

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das a la carte Restaurant Beacheria hat deutlich Luft nach oben, sowohl in punkto Atmosphäre als auch in punkto Qualität der Speisen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Beachhotel Kaiserstrand ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Hotelzimmer sind mega schön und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders der tolle Blick auf die Ostsee ist ein echtes Highlight. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen – große Auswahl, frisch und richtig lecker. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist einfach mega und lädt perfekt zum Entspannen ein. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen definitiv wieder!
