Na jednu noc naprosto dostačující. Plusy: + parkování s dostatečnou kapacitu, bezpečné + čajový servis na pokoji, včetně malé balené vody pro každou osobu + bohatá snídaně + naproti hotelu obchod s potravinami a jiným zbožím, otevřeno do 22.00 (v neděli do 21.00) - nahradí vám večeři Mínusy: - pokoj ve 3.patře a hotel bez výtahu, nikdo, kdo by pomohl se zavazadly - na pokoji ve 3.patře strašné teplo, v oknech nejsou síta proti hmyzu (v létě si to vůbec nedovedu představit) - v našem pokoji nebyl žádný stoleček např. na posezení u kávy, vína nebo hraní nějakých her, jen stůl u zdi pod TV - hotel nemá restauraci, pro případ večeře je 20 m od hotelu restaurace Desperado s průměrnou kuchyní, ale jen do 21.00, a v den našeho pobytu zavřeli dříve, asi neměli hosty

I am currently living in Abu Dhabi and, due to the ongoing conflict in the region, our flights to Poland were cancelled after the airspace was closed for security reasons. This means that travelling is simply not possible for us at the moment. I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and ask for the cancellation making it clear that this is not a voluntary cancellation but a situation completely outside of our control. Unfortunately, the hotel never replied to my messages and refused the cancellation. It is very disappointing to see such a lack of understanding and communication during a situation like this. Experiences like this definitely make you think twice before booking with this hotel chain again.

I live in Abu Dhabi and, due to the current war-related conflict situation we are experiencing, my flights to Poland have been cancelled. I tried to contact the hotel explaining my situation and that I cannot travel not because I don’t want to, but because the airspace is closed due to missile attacks and the ongoing conflict. However, the hotel has not even had the decency to reply to my messages and has refused the cancellation of the single night I had booked. This is the only hotel among all my reservations that has denied my cancellation. I find it truly disappointing that, in the middle of a war-related situation, they are not even capable of responding to messages. Trip.com also tried to explain the situation and request the cancellation on my behalf, but they refused to accept it. I will never book a hotel in this chain again, as they have only shown that they care about the money and have absolutely no human understanding.

Good. A bit funny on the outside, but the rest is OK. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Very friendly service. I would go again.

Very good accomodation, breakfest, reception work... we was very satisfaction, thank you,and see you next year- only problem is that near hotel there is no good restaurant but it is not problem of hotel of course
