Arche Hotel Geologiczna

For the price I feel like we got a good value for money. The location is quite good, close to the airport, and still city center is only a short 15 min away. Arriving late was not an issue, and the night shift guy on the job was a cool dude. We booked one of the apartments, and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a good sleep here. The heating/cooling worked as it should, and it seems like a quite neighboorhood and a well soundproofed hotel. We heard nothing from outside the room during over stay. We was positively surprised to find a stocked minibar in the room, and the items was free of charge. The decor of the hotel was a bit special, maybe not our taste, but doesn't mean it's bad. Just very different from what we normally see in a hotel. The coffee machine in the room was a cool touch, however faulty, and produced nothing but grey water. Luckily there was a few packs of instant coffee provided as well. There was no shampoo provided, with is a huge mistake. It should be a basic feature for all hotels. Also a few wine glasses and cutleries would have been nice. The tea kitchen in the room seems mainly for the show, and doesn't serve a function really. But after all we had a good stay, and this hotel can be recommended.

Second time I've stayed here for business. Very close to Chopin airport, nicely located in a quiet, cozy residential neighborhood. Very nice restaurant, helpful staff and nice, spacious rooms. Highly recommended for 1 night stopover in Warsaw.

Not recommended at all. The rooms are very dirty; upon check in, during stay (even requesting housekeeping...). The towels are VERY old and not good for any type of skin. We ask at the front desk to have our room clean and the girl at reception rolled her eyes like if she was about to do it (she didn't). The housekeeper that was supposed to clean our room took 40 minutes just to change the towels...She was talking on the phone all that time and not doing nothing inside the room. Very disappointed.

From the day that I went to the room until I check out they NEVER clean the room, they NEVER refill the soap and only the last day after complaining to the reception they gave me 3 towels and toilet paper. I ask 2 times the reception to help about with just an OK ...

New hotel near the Airport in Warsaw. The room are nice and clean and all is new. The breakfast is full and nothing is missing. The reception people helpful for all The dinner was also good .not far away from the center.
