Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - Mokotow

Check in was easy the outside of the hotel looked well presented and nice In the reception area it looked clean and open There are 3 lifts our room was on the first floor first impressions well looked after and clean the room itself was big and spacious and didn’t feel claustrophobic the bathroom was a good size the bed was very comfy and had lovely proper pillows and two of them which was handy although really u prob only Needed to sleep with one The air con worked great and made the room lovely and cold There is a small wardrobe with hangers safe and tea/coffee facilities however I do think they need to have milk in the room I don’t drink black tea but ask at the bar and they will give u milk The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo also if u get anything like Razor or toothbrush u can ask at the reception area (see pic) the shower had constant hot water and was nice however again think the shower screen should be the full length so it stops the water from going on the floor Curtain could do with maybe being a bit longer to stop the light fully coming in (see pic) I asked for an extra blanket but he gave me a bed runner which didn’t exactly do the job as I was cold in the room The breakfast room was lovely and big and plenty to sit however the breakfast wasn’t all that would have liked mushrooms they had nice decent size cups For tea/coffee The food did get cold as soon as it come off the hot plate There isn’t really any good polish restaurants around where the hotel is located which is a shame so we got an uber into old town Being a member of IHG means u get late check out which helped us as well so maybe worth becoming a memeber overall this is a very good hotel and def stay again Location to the hotel from airport isn’t far either u have got a Westfields shopping centre close by as well which is handy and plenty of electric scooters around if ur wanting to get scooters The staff were friendly and helpful and I would fully recommend staying at this hotel

It was too short a stay, but the minute I stepped into the hotel, I felt welcomed. The room was spacious and comfortable. I did not have a dental kit and I had to ask for one. Very quickly, I was handed one. Well done. The hotel was a short walk away from the tram stop and the mall was just 2 stops away, so it was very convenient. Overall, the stay was wonderful.

My family loved this hotel. Everything was clean. Apartment was amazing 👏 Food is delicious. A big room for a family.the hotel big streetre was store 500 steps away. The store is bedronka. If you like tripping and you need a place to stay this hotel is for you

Great place for business. Nice rooms, clean and cozy, nice lobby and bar. Good service in reception. Parking was very good option. Good beer and food from bar and also on breakfast. This will be my new location in Warsaw when I came for business.

This is a very excellent hotel. But the question is how to found it! No indicators, no information, even Google maps are useless for the travellers and potential guests of this hotel. The Hotel is situated in the remoted place (but in the vicinity of very populateda area of the city) and it seems that authorities are not very interested to help their potentia guests.
