Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek nad morzem! Hotel położony zaledwie kilka minut od plaży, piękna okolica, czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Śniadania pyszne, z dużym wyborem lokalnych produktów. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Idealne miejsce na spokojny relaks albo rodzinny wyjazd. Zdecydowanie warto!

Excellent short vacation. The personnel very friendly and professional, facility clean and well maintained. I couldn't hope for a better place for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of secured parking places, large sports and outdoors activities areas, all well-kept and in good order. The responsible personnel always present addressing daily maintenance of all areas. I can mention here all employees starting from Reception (Mrs. Alicja, Mr. Marian), dining facility, swimming pool, Bar, Waiters, Housekeeping personnel, facility gardening and Housemaster, Massage personnel, Facility security, etc. What also impressed me, was the management social responsibility, allowing personnel to dine after duty hours in the restaurant. I can only applaud such initiatives. The entertainment program offered was BBQ Evening and Dance evening, all with great participation and atmosphere. This facility is a children and handicapped friendly unit. Despite the large number of guests, the Unit is quiet and allows a perfect recovery and relaxation. Food, breakfast and dinner, for all tastes and diets, great selection and great quality. Payable packing places, free WLAN, free access to sauna and indoor swimming pool, rent a bicycle, etc. are a few other positive enhancements. Highly recommend !!!!!

Hotel na bardzo dobrym poziomie.Spędziliśmy w nim urlop w domku letniskowym z 2 dzieci w wieku 6 i 10 lat.Na plus czystość w domkach,pyszne jedzenie,plac zabaw dla dzieci i w 1 dzień animacje,mały ale schludny basen.Bardzo miła obsługa. Na minus fakt że nigdzie w ofercie TUI nie było informacji o opłacie za parking i internet bardzo słabej jakości,jednak hotel godny polecenia.

I have never returned home from holidays so tired as from Bursztyn hotel. Both me and my husband couldn't sleep due to terrible, old, narrow, uncomfortable beds in the bungalows. We woke up every day with sore back and bad mood. It is a joke that this hotel has "medical spa" in the name when they even can't provide a decent night rest for the visitors. Bungalows are also poorly equipped, they don't deserve even 1 star. Shabby and worn out. Food was ok and beach within short distance and nice location, but quality of the bungalows is just dramatic. Would never go back there even for free, and it was not a cheap stay.
