Dune Beach Resort

Koupili jsme si pobyt u moře v tomto hotelu . Celkově nás to na každého vyšlo na +- 3000 Kč. Když to porovnam s jinými hotely v Polsku na stejné úrovni byl tento nejhorší . Nejprve nás na recepci obsluhoval nepříjemný personál následně jsme byli ubytování v jiném komplexu než je welnes ikdyz nebyla žádná obsazenost,beru to jako mínus protože přecházet mezi komplexy v zimě když jdete z bazénu není nic moc. V ceně jsme měli i výhled na moře, který se také nekonal. Okna jsme měli na staveniště. Počítejte s tím ze zaplatíte navíc okolo 500 Kč za to, ze po vás uklidi, když odjedete. V jiném hotelu jsme platili 3000 za to ze nám každý den uklidili a vyměnili ručníky. Tady vám nevymění nic na tři dny jsme měli stejne ručníky, které jsme si museli brát i do bazénu, protože když chcete nové musíte si opět zaplatit. Celkově hotel nedoporučuji.

We stayed one night at dune B with my husband. Check inn is very late- from 16.00, while check out 10.00 am. One has to sign in for breakfast one day in advance otherwise you will an eye roll. In the end we got a breakfast (150zl for two) but they said we have to check out and move the car from the parking. I find it all very complicated, and at every stage you get an eye roll. We didnt get any practical information at the check inn. We didnt get the info about breakfast, wifi etc. We asked politety where is our room and if we have some nice view- and we got an eye roll- front desk lady said: hææææ? it was last room anyways so dont expect any nice view. Breakfast just OK. good coffie Room very clean Spa/gym: 90 zl per person for 90min Personel: tragic. one dont feel welcomed at all Will not come back.

Service was woeful. Staff couldn't care at all. We checked in alarm bells were raised with the lack of courtesy received and the mismatch with the property information. On arrival, we see that there are several apartment blocks. If you are guest of one of the apartment blocks, you couldn't use the facilities of another (for example, C had an outdoor pool, which was off limits to those in B - as we were and directly overlooking the pool). Our airconditioning didn't work. I was given a 24 hour number to call to speak to someone in English. It wasn't until the next morning was I able to get hold of anyone after calling 4 times and leaving messages. When asking for the aircon to be fixed on and was told it wasn't the fault of the hotel, as they aren't a hotel but they are apartments. We may have to wait for some time. Nothing was fixed. Our balcony had no furniture to allow us to enjoy it. It took 24 hours to get two rudimentary wicker chairs, not even a side table. And this was only after complaining to the OTA we used. Again, the "hotel" just ignored us. The bedroom received the morning sun from 6h to about 9.30h, unfortunately, the blinds aren't blackout and the room was bright and heated up without any airconditioning. Wifi in the room was on the default manufacturers setting, so if I had malicious intent, I could access the router and set up software on it if I desired. Breakfast was average, many guests not bothering to wear masks even though they had been instructed. Again, staff couldn't care. We tried to dine in the outside cafe but was actively ignored by wait staff for almost 15 minutes, whilst one in particular engaged in conversation with guests. Even with her looking over her shoulder at us, she had no interest in seating us whilst the restaurant was half empty. The water in the showers switches from cold to warm and scalding hot without notice. Dangerous for little children. The children's playground is quite frankly worn out. Security at the perimeter gates is farcical as the gates do not automatically close and it's very easy for people to tailgate in. We left a day early as we couldn't get a good nights sleep. We had complained and they told us repeatedly they weren't responsible. Not sure who would be, if they weren't. An absolute joke. Avoid.
