Hilton Swinoujscie Resort & SPA

We have been visiting this hotel at least twice a year since it opened in 2020. Six years later, we love our stays just as much as our very first. Nowhere else do we feel quite this well-rested. For years, we visited as a couple. Having grown exhausted by chaotic hotels with children running through dining rooms and hallways, this property felt remarkably different. While families with children certainly stay here, it never disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Now that we are a family of three, we finally see why kids love it so much. The restaurant team always proactively arranges a high chair, and our toddler is completely smitten with the kids’ club—he is easily the hotel’s biggest fan. I used to believe a truly relaxing vacation was impossible with a young child, but this place proved me wrong; because he is so content and engaged, we can genuinely relax too. Timing-wise, we usually avoid peak summer (June through August). Even when the property is at full capacity in September or during the busy New Year’s period in January, the atmosphere remains wonderfully serene. That calmness during peak seasons is a direct testament to the competence of the staff. The team here is truly the heart of the experience. During our very first trip to Świnoujście, we stayed at the Radisson and had an awful experience with rude staff and hectic breakfasts, prompting our move to the Hilton. The contrast was night and day. The team here is extraordinarily warm, attentive, and accommodating—we have never felt so genuinely cared for anywhere else. I had meant to leave a review for years, but this morning’s breakfast finally compelled me to write it. As a plant-based family, the team has always been gracious about making vegan oatmeal on request, alongside their great salad bar. Today, however, the restaurant manager surprised me by presenting a dedicated vegan menu with six different hot options to choose from. That level of thoughtful, anticipatory care speaks volumes about how deeply they value their guests. I have to give special praise to Polonaise restaurant—it is easily the best hotel dining experience I know, and their recent Michelin recommendation was so richly deserved. The food and service are truly world-class, set within a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. While there are currently no dedicated vegan items listed on the menu, the culinary team has always been remarkably gracious about customizing courses to make them plant-based for us. By contrast, we find the sushi restaurant a bit too loud for our liking. The background music is often high-energy, and because dishes are prepared right in the center of the dining room, the staff's conversations carry across the tables. Fortunately, the food itself is delicious and they are just as accommodating with dietary adjustments, so our preferred solution is simply ordering sushi into the much calmer bar area. When booking, keep in mind that while many rooms offer open sea views, a portion of the property faces the parking area and aqua park. We always request a seaside-facing room, where the panoramic views are truly stunning. Beyond the scenery, the rooms remain remarkably spacious, comfortable, and pristine. Even after years of operation, everything is impeccably maintained—minor wear and tear like dings in closet doors are promptly repaired, which is a level of upkeep many other hotels unfortunately overlook. Across both the rooms and common spaces, the coastal-inspired palette and serene interior design immediately put us in a relaxed state of mind. I was surprised to read a review from August claiming the hotel has no saunas. For clarity: the Hilton has its own private saunas and jacuzzis located directly inside the Spa area, entirely separate from the adjacent Aqua Park. It is whisper-quiet, private, and offers what I consider the finest spa experience in Poland. Every treatment I have booked has been exceptional; the rituals are on a far higher level than most luxury spas I’ve visited, and the post-treatment relaxation lounge with a warm cup of tea is pure bliss. To summarize: Between the breathtaking beachfront location, soothing design, top-tier spa, impeccable service, and standout dining at Polonaise, this property remains unmatched. All of these thoughtful details keep us returning year after year—I honestly cannot imagine ever stopping. We adore this hotel!

Very disappointing experience with the spa. I made an appointment in person at the spa reception, but when I arrived for my treatment, I was told that the appointment had not been registered. What was particularly disappointing was the way the mistake was handled. There was barely an apology and no real attempt to make up for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would expect much better organisation and customer service from a spa in a five-star Hilton hotel.

This is not a five star - this is a family hotel in a very busy party location with loud music to late night ! Do not book if you like to relax - or if you expect Hilton quality !

We stayed at Hilton Świnoujście as a family of three (2+1) for a three-day getaway and felt welcome from the very first moment. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and the staff – from reception to housekeeping – were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and functional, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We had a great time at the aquapark and climbing wall, and in the evenings enjoyed playing billiards and bowling. The location right by a beautiful beach is a huge bonus – with so many attractions both in and around the hotel, there’s something for everyone. We’ll definitely be coming back!
