We rented one of the private apartments. Although the owner responded immediately, we had to explain ourselves (at least twice), why we asked for the second set of bedsheets. The owner assumed that 2 people who rented this apartment would sleep together which is not always the case. Only one key (one card for the apartment, entry to the building and a garage) was available that limited our choices of activities. There was no beach umbrella or beach chairs available. The apartment was clean, however towels and robes looked old. For the price we paid, I expected higher standards.

Just as a point of reference and to somewhat validate my comments. I am retired now but spent my career managing four and five star hotels. There are 5 glass towers about 10 stories tall. The whole complex looks more like an office complex than a seaside resort. They are all connected by an underground parking garage. If you are in one of the four buildings where there is no pool /spa or restaurant you have to walk outside or go through the parking garage. Okay in the summer but not much fun in a bathrobe in the winter! There is one main restaurant serving buffet breakfast and dinner and has a small a la carte menu. The a la carte food is AWFUL….. I had a Caesar Salad with chicken which was inedible. That is hard to do! It had poached chicken breast and enough cherry tomatoes to sink a battleship and perhaps 4 very small (1/2 inch) soggy lettuce leaves! Special note to Chef….. if you are going to offer Caesar Salad, then make a Caesar Salad , check out Bon Appetit recipe, if you are going to add cherry tomatoes and other things call it something else! Drink prices are stupid….. 35 pln for a juice that was undrinkable. The main restaurant is too small to meet the breakfast demand….. even in April. Avoid the noisy crowds at 8.30 am to 9.30 am. I love kids but beware of all the screaming kids everywhere. The only place for rest and relaxation is in your apartment. The apartments in the hotel” pool”are located on floors 0 to 5/6 and do not have clear ocean views and do not have kitchens so you are stuck with either the hotel restaurant or a 1.5 km walk in to town. I would strongly advise against the all inclusive meal option. Don’t be fooled into buying a Romance Package or similar. This is a 3 star hotel with lovely but noisy families with breast feeding and strollers everywhere. The arrival process is terribly confusing and most unwelcoming. I searched online and found that the apartments with the Sea Views….. floors 6/7 and above have kitchens and are privately owned but available through AIRBNB. The hotel apartments are acceptable but fabrics stained and in a couple of years will require complete overhaul. Even in winter the bathrooms are too warm with underfloor heating that can’t be turned off.Drainage in showers is awful.

No recommendation. Tiny spa area, tiny gym for way too many guests, endless hours of waiting and standing in line at the reception and at breakfast. No vending mashines, 9 Euro chocolate cake as the only snack option during the day, room temperature cannot be set higher than 20°C, TV is locked to Polish language (including Youtube, Amazon etc. ), expensive parking etc.
