Hotel celkově neodpovídal 5*, obzvlášť když je otevřen teprve 3 roky. Chtělo by to zaměřit se na drobné opravy, které kazí dojem (rozbité světlo v koupelně, nesvítící žárovka v pokoji, chybějící dlaždice ve vířivce, drobné opravy v dětském koutku,..) + Každý den láhev vody na pokoji, doplněné kapsle ke kávovaru, skvělé bohaté snídaně, dětský koutek (ale některé prvky by zasloužily obměnit/opravit). - Nedostačující kapacita wellness, extrémně měkké a nepohodlné matrace, polopenze se nevyplatí (snídaně skvělé, večeře vlažné a malý výběr a pouze v čase od 16-19h), málo odhlučněné pokoje, chyběly kosmetické balíčky (štětečky, odlič. tampony), které se u 5* hotelu očekávají, předposlední den pokojská jen vyměnila ručníky, neproběhl běžný úklid

We came to the hotel with my family for 4 nights. I give it the highest possible rating. The reception was always willing to advise, explain and help. Right after arriving at the room, they called us and asked if everything was okay. The food was also great. We had half board (breakfast and dinner). What I enjoyed the most was the wellness. I didn't go to the gym, but they have a nice indoor pool with a paddling pool for children (after 9:00 PM, entry to the pool and wellness is only for adults, so it's quiet there :-). I also used the outdoor jacuzzi, steam, infrared sauna and Finnish sauna a lot, where they do sauna ceremonies twice a week (free). I can highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back here, because we almost didn't manage to do any trips due to the weather.

This hotel is very nice for stay, they have really nice treatment for their guests !Luxurious apartments and also luxurious wellness area (Steam sauna, Infrared sauna, Finnish Sauna, heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi! What we liked: - We had privilege room, so we had Two story room and it was huge - Really nice fitness centre - everything in this hotel shine bright - breakfast we’re fantastic, there was everything what you need for nice stay. - In rooms was everything what we needed and also something extra what we didn’t expected -Really nice price for this stay What we didn’t like: - Staff is not speaking in English properly, because this is 5 star hotel I would expect speaking in English everybody - Very small parking lot in front of the hotel, last day somebody said to us, that there is a garage - nobody on reception said something like that to us - this receptionist said to us that we can keep car where ever is some space. Thank you very much.

Modern and stylish hotel with everything a family needs. Superior room is extra spacious and more than enough for a family of 4. Wonderful SPA, warm and clean pool and jacuzzi. We were dissapointed by quite unpleasant restaurant staff and a fact, that they clean breakfast raut tables in the evening, so it kind of discust one while eating dinner. Other con was the housekeeping: during a six-day stay, they didn't change the sheets even once, didnt clean the floor every day and they made the bed worse than I do it myself (I had to redo it after them and I am really not a cleaning freak). Value it yourself by the photos attached.

We stayed here 4 adults and 1 child and found hotel to be relaxing and chilled place. There is lovely pool not too big but we never struggled to use it. Outside jacuzzi is lovely and the setting with the trees 🌲 is just perfect. We found breakfast to have plenty of choice. I would only ask for maybe a better options / quality of coffee during breakfast. There is a children play room which we used. From booking to check out this was a relaxing place.
