Park Hotel KUR&SPA Buczyński

The hotel apparently maintains its 4 stars with mandatory equipment, which has seen much better times. The price was tempting, now we understand why! An unpleasant smell from the kitchens wafts through the corridors, and eventually even into the rooms themselves! Instead of the promised bathrobes listed on booking, you will only find two larger towels in the closet, each different and of very strange quality. The bathroom is somewhere in the 70s/80s, the sink is cracked... The furniture has also seen better times. Everything looks much better in the photos on booking! The reception, which by the way looks like a hostel, and the lady who didn't know much about it, told us that it was necessary to pay 50% of the price of our booked stay, according to booking's requirements, which we did without delay, and we left for a much better hotel!

Park Hotel is a big one in small town of Swieradow. I was here just three weeks ago with some people from work. I had a room on almost top floor but it started with 1.. which was kind of weird, first I was looking for it on the first floor and could not find it. The size of the hotel and mixture of room numbers on any floors make this hotel soooo confusing. You have to really get use to it to get your way around. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and apparently they got some kind of award for best renovation (diploma hanging on the wall of reception). Rooms do feel like they were redone, they are quite nice and big. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are large and clean. Each room is equipped with flat screen TV but there was something wrong with the reception and maybe half of the channels were ok to watch. Restarurant and the food is not 4 star quality, not to mention the desing of it. So renovation probably covered rooms only. The rates are generally ok, around 50 eur in december (low season) is a good price, during the summer time prices go up but not too much so I guess the deal is good but this is definately not a 4 star hotel !

Ein sehr liebevoll restauriertes Hotel im Zentrum des Ortes mit einem modernen Wellnessbereich. Es war alles sehr sauber. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir uns allerdings auch ein qualifiziertes Personal im Restaurant gewünscht. Das Abendessen in durchschnittlicher Qualität als Menue wurde statt serviert wortlos "ausgeteilt".

So ein tolles Hotel haben wir noch nie erlebt! Wunderschönes großes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Solch eine Auswahl hatten wir in Deutschland noch nie. Sehr nettes deutschsprachiges Personal. Die Halbpension am Abend war immer feine, abwechslungsreiche Küche (4-Gang-Menü). Am Morgen bekam man einen Zettel auf dem man den Hauptgang auswählen konnte: Ein Fleischgericht, ein Fischgericht oder ein vegetarisches Gericht. Dazu gab es noch ein großen Büffet mit Obst, Süßspeisen, Kuchen, Wurst und Käse. Die zwei Behandlungen am Tag waren auch sehr gut. Das Hotel hat ein schönes großes Schwimmbad, das unterschiedlich belegt ist. Es hat aber eine solche Größe, dass Trainingseinheiten möglich sind. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem Hotel.

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Essen(Platzzuweisung?), Kurbehandlungen okay. Bezahlvorgang gestaltete sich schwierig, da wir mit EC-Karte bezahlen wollten, was uns im Vorfeld als möglich mitgeteilt wurde. Zahlbetrag nur in 2 Teilbeträgen leistbar, die sich dann aufgrund von vereinbarter Eurozahlung um rund 50 Euro erhöhten. Ärgerlich! Umgehung mit kompletter Bargeldzahlung in Euro, Vorabüberweisung Komplettbetrag in Euro oder Zloty -Begleichung vor Ort. Die Beratung dazu war äußerst unfreundlich, schließlich haben wir unser wertvollstes dorthin getragen - unser Geld und unsere Lebenszeit
