The hotel is in a quiet location and just over 2 miles to Albufeira and 4 miles to Vilamoura along the beach if you want to walk there. It’s a pleasant and friendly hotel and was busy during our 2nd week as schools half term week. Room was really clean and spacious we were on floor 0 and had a family room over looking the pool although on 2 of us so had plenty of space for everything. We brought our own kettle so we could have a cup of tea in the room before going to breakfast as no kettles or tea making facilities in the rooms. You do have a mini fridge and we got milk from the restaurant. We thought it was good value for money and had a good holiday at this hotel and would holiday here again but maybe not during the school holidays. Drinks were not the greatest if you enjoy if you like your cocktails but was ok some brands are available like Gordon’s J&B, and Smirnoff there maybe some others but these are the ones I noticed.

If you’re looking for a holiday in the sun, avoid this hotel at all costs! The hotel itself is lovely, however, there is not a single sunbed that gets more than two hours of sunshine a day! If you’re hoping to relax by the pool and enjoy the sun, you’ll be extremely disappointed. We have our daughter with us, and the pool is absolutely freezing — and that is no exaggeration! She comes out of the water with blue lips because she’s so cold, and I haven’t even managed to get in past my toes! It’s such a shame because the hotel is lovely, but when you book a sunshine holiday, you expect to be able to enjoy the sun and the pool. Unfortunately, neither has been possible, which has really put a dampener on our family holiday. Definitely not somewhere I would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun!

We had a really lovely stay here and right from check-in we had a great experience. They gave a water bottle each which was a nice touch so we could refill drinks at any time. The drinks machines throughout the hotel meant easy access too. There was so much choice in the buffet we didn't even feel to book a restaurant. And the range of activities were great, something for everyone and we made full use of it. The pool party was great fun for kids and adults alike. Staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our trip. The only gripe (which isn't at all the hotel's fault) is how busy it was. We went in August summer hols, so there were sooooo many people it was crazy in the pool at times eg during the aqua aerobics class, there must have been at least 50 of us which is lovely and fun, but with kids running and jumping over your head to get in the pool, it got a little too much! Also hard to get loungers at times. Nevertheless, definitely recommend this hotel for families as so much to keep everyone occupied. And would go back again off season for sure.

What can I say this hotel has everything we wanted . The staff absolutely fantastic , food catered for everyone Room was comfy only draw back no tea coffee or kettle . Wife likes a cuppa 1st before anything . But restaurant was open by 7am We're just working out when to go back now after our 1st visit to 3HB Great hotel for all ages and loads there for all ages Not many photos taken as to busy . But our restaurant greeter was a smashing young man

Amazing hotel,very clean,friendly staff,fantastic food,branded alcohol,close to the beach, few minutes in bolt to old town and new town,highly recommend it we will definitely be back i also got free room upgrade and bday champagne
