Everything in this hotel is very beautiful. The pool here is also very beautiful and the food is also very good.

It was really good the best part was the animation team and going in the pool and also doing a foam party

Divided family booking over two floors , two floors apart , when asked to be out together we were not listened to , especially as my grandson was unwell on arrival so needed family nearby but they never gave us the booking we had booked , IV never been anywhere before where one family booking has split floors not on the same floor or same sharing connection doors when it's one family booking. The food was very boring , repeating menu with not enough tasty options . The room came with no hair dryer, no decent toiletries, bidget was broke and TV did not work for two days . The cleaning staff don't smile when we smiled and acknowledged them. The only positive was the entertainment team who were amazing . Sorry but this place is not a five star resort I would class it lower .
