Hotel Pongauerhof

Zaměstnanci hotelu byli velmi milí a pokoj byl čistý a pohodlný. Snídaně byla vynikající. Trochu hlučné na ulici s otevřeným oknem v noci, ale parkování přímo před domem. Zůstali bychom znovu. Děkuji.

Velmi pěkný hotel, personál je velmi laskavý. Snídaně (bufet) má dostatek možností a pokoj je v pořádku. Lůžka jsou trochu těžké, ale dobře. Sprcha je velmi malá. Když máte pokoj na ulici, můžete mít nějaký hluk z automobilů a lidí, kteří projíždějí (zvláště když si rád spíte s otevřeným oknem). Cena / kvalita je dobrá!

We stayed in the hotel for a week for a skiing holiday. The service was very good and they had a good breakfast buffet. Everyday they brought us coffee at the table and you could request fried or scrambled eggs which the chef made in the kitchen. Nice and friendly staff with a good housekeeping in the hotel who were cleaning the room every day perfect! The bus stop for the ski lifts were just (max) 50 meters from the hotel. All services who you need for a skiing holiday are in the hotel. A nice warm room to put your skis and ski shoes in to start the day good. Definitely coming back to this hotel if I go to flachau again.

Good family hotel with breakfast and dinner for good offer during summer also including touristpass. Parking outside hotel small pool and wifi. Nice area to stay for walking, biking or go to visit other villages. Familiar atmosphere and nice people in the hotel.

Our family room was spacious and very clean, but the bed was so hard, not comfortable at all! Moreover the room was a bit outdated, would need to be renovated! Good points: very warm welcome by the personnel, and very good breakfast buffet!
