Wohlfühlhotel Unterbrunn & Residenzen

Přijeli jsme brzy ráno a dáma, která nás kontrolovala, byla velmi profesionální a přátelská. Během našeho pobytu byla zkušená pohostinnost velmi vysoká a byt, ve kterém jsme zůstali, byl čistý a velký. Velký kompliment pro rodinu Blaickner.

Have never felt as welcommed to a hotel as when we arrived to Hotel Unterbrunn. All staff were very nice and the owners answered our questions and were very helpful when needed. Rooms are cozy, great balcony with beautiful view. Skistore with cabinets to heat the skiboots.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights around Christmas. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant had good pizza, not fine cuisine, but still decent food. The service made the experience worth it. The location is great. Just a 3 minute walk to the gondola and ski resort. Other restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Our room was clean and a very good size with a nice big terrace. We stayed in the Gasthaus not in the main hotel, so we did have to a couple of minutes to breakfast and the pool, but it was a nice short walk. The pool was nice and clean and never overcrowded. The sauna and steam room were very nice especially after a cold day on the slopes. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

This family run hotel is just amazing. Yes they have a very busy waiter but he works extremely hard. And if you look past his marmite attitude you realise he is very good at what he does. The owners are friendly and the service is better than the 3 star rating. Rooms are comfortable. The pizzas are exceptional and the rest speaks for itself. I would definitely come back. When dragging along 79 colleagues on a company shortski, you can only hope for good accomodation,decent food, a pleasant stay. Marlene and her team delivered so much more than that. From the hearty welcome to the sorrowful goodbye, we felt very much at home in this beautiful, cosy yet clean hotel and adjacent apartments. Any tiny issue was solved swiftly, elegantly and with the perpetual beaming smile. Truly, Marlene has hospitality in her heart and veins, and makes any group coordinator feel at ease wherever stress may occur. Aside from great wellness facilities, cosy bar, spacious and crisp clean rooms, the food quality deserves special praise - even with a very stringent dietary request, the food was plentiful and delicious. Hats off to the chef for feeding 80 hungry mouths and leaving them extremely satisfied. Personally, I can't wait for my next ski trip - surely lodging at Unterbrunn. From Trilations, Laurent.
