Feels just like home.. Where Gere with our 3 kids on skiing vacation. The staff is so helpfull and friendly. And the nature.. Well it is Austria at its best.. You Will not find a more friendly place in Austia

Good relax in quite place. But this hotelcould be evaluated for 3 stars only! Who gave them 4 stars? However there was kind and responsive staff, new looking and modern rooms in main house, quite good cuisine. But... Unbelivable old and ugly rooms in second building named Pension Ingrid. Be careful while booking.

This is a below everage hotel where the 2/3rd of the building is absolutely untouched from 30 years. Should be in the class of 2 stars! Coldness, darkness and a depressing room was provided for our family. There was one almost complete day without heating & warm water. Pool is cold and useless since placed far from the main building. When finally we decided to leave (one day earlier than booked) owner showed unfairness and charged 50 % for room & services not provided. I don't recommend this place, there are much better deals all arround (eg. in Murau)!!! One important good thing should be mentioned (which is) Balázs the nice, helpful, intelligent staff member!

It is an average hotel, very ecomomic with great food. you should definatelly go there by car as there is no bus service. there is a very small ski resort almost 1 km from the hotel that is great for learning ski or snowboard.

Wir haben dort 2x gegessen. Suppe und Salat als Vorspeise waren OK, dass die Gabel vom Salat gleich wieder zur Hauptspeise serviert wurde, weniger. Die Hauptspeisen waren gut, die ersten 2 Achtel Weißwein am Gefrierpunkt, die zweiten bei ca. 5 Grad. Der Topfenstrudel kam nicht aus der eigenen Küche, die Zutaten ebensowenig von lokalen Produzenten. Die Mohntorte wäre ohne 0,5cm Zuckerglasur ganz gut gewesen. Beim 2. Essen war die Beiried derartig schlecht geschnitten, daß der eine Teil durch, der andere Gott sei Dank noch rosa war. Die Steinpilzsoße bestand zu mindestens 95% aus Eierschwammerln. Alles in allem eine Enttäuschung nach den Versprechungen auf der Karte.
