Stunning place to stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the views breathtaking. Easy to get to the local shops (even though there is one on site). Beer was fresh and the atmosphere was a delight. MY only issue is, I wish I could have stayed longer.

I had an amazing time at Narzissendorf Zloam! The staff and team were so friendly and very helpful. The creators built a small eco-park within the premises - you can find a cafe, restaurant and inn, a sports arena, tennis courts, stables, a ski slope (ideal for beginners and children to learn). Really, there’s so many activities within the premises. There is also an outdoor swimming pond with crystal clear water (should you wish to have an ice dip in winter or refreshing swim in summer). Not to mention the 360 views of mountains and lots of hiking trails around! Apartments were immaculately clean, well equipped and really appreciated sauna in every bathroom! 10 mins walk to Grundlsee lake, 20 mins drive from Halstaat. What else to wish for? Overall, Narzissendorf is perfect family retreat, team-building destination or a weekend getaway for romantic couples! I will come back very soon. Thank you for making our stay so special.

This place is very special indeed! First, the location - nestled on the side of a mountain leading down to the amazing clear lake of Grundlsee - and with views all across the breathtaking Styrian alps. The facilities: the first thing that struck me was the craftsmanship of the luxurious chalets and apartments (which ALL have private saunas!) - the woodwork is exceptional and so beautifully put together. The kitchens are fantastic and well-equipped. The food and drinks; lovely, cosy restaurant which serves exceptional traditional Austrian fare (along with fantastic wine). There is also a lovely cafe with views across the ski slope. This place is so well thought out and built with so much care and attention to detail - it would make a great stay for families (the activities are endless) and couples alike. I am already looking forward to my return!!

Waren mit Tochter und Enkelkind in einem Chalet Grundlsee. Es war viel Platz für uns 4 Erwachsene und Kind. Chalet wunderschön. Sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Konnten auch direkt beim Lift im Dorf skifahren. Waren einmal beim Zloam Wirt essen, gutes Essen! Frühstück war das „See-Frühstücks-Kisterl“ unser Favorit.

Wir haben einige Tage im wunderschönen Chalet-Dorf am Grundlsee verbracht und waren zunächst begeistert: Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Chalets sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bieten alles, was man sich für eine Auszeit in der Natur wünscht. Die Umgebung ist malerisch, und tagsüber herrscht eine entspannte, ruhige Atmosphäre – ideal zum Abschalten und Kraft tanken. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass am Abend häufig Hochzeiten oder Events auf dem Gelände stattfinden. Diese sind mit lauter Musik verbunden, was der erhofften Ruhe deutlich entgegensteht. Gerade wenn man den Aufenthalt als Rückzugsort vom Alltag geplant hat, kann der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht sehr störend sein. Das Chalet-Dorf scheint also einer Doppelrolle zu dienen: Erholungsort und Eventlocation – zwei Konzepte, die sich aus unserer Sicht nur schwer miteinander vereinbaren lassen. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte sich vorher gut erkundigen, ob während des Aufenthalts Feiern geplant sind. Fazit: Ein traumhafter Ort mit viel Potenzial zur Erholung – sofern keine Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Transparente Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre hier wünschenswert.
