Excellent on everything. Rooms Spa food service wine list . They responded immediately tò my complain of 5 guys of UK very loud and very anno ying in the restaurant and After the remark of the manager these people kept their behaivour. The manager apologized and did not charge the bottle of wine ( expensive by the way) part of our dinner.

This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful location. We stayed for two nights in two superior forest view rooms (there were 4 of us). The rooms are gorgeous with huge, well appointed bathrooms and lovely balconies with chairs, loungers and 'eggs' to relax on. The pool and leisure facilities are also beautiful, although as British people, the 'no textiles' rule for the adult sauna area took some getting used to :-) We had breakfast in the main dining room and thought it was one of the best breakfasts we have had during our tour of Austria. Delicious food, and a really good range. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the freshly prepared French toast. We ate one evening in the bar, and the next at the a la carte restaurant. Both meals were delicious, with great service. The views from the terrace while eating at the a la carte restaurant were stunning. Throughout our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities for families with younger children looked amazing, the playroom looked awesome and there is a family pool. There are lots of activities running at the hotel and if we had been staying longer, we would have taken advantage of them e.g. there was a very friendly local walking guide who we chatted to, The cinema room is also a wonderful space. Points for improvement (which we spoke to staff about, so no surprises here): - Whilst the air conditioning was perfect in one of the rooms, it was really struggling in the other, and we were very hot over night. This requires some attention, as it did not improve after asking for it to be checked - Key cards for the rooms both stopped working before check out on our last day and had to be re-enabled - Mini bar prices are not placed in the rooms, not sure why Overall though we had a wonderful stay and our teenagers have asked to return, which we definitely would!

Wonderful hotel! Amazing staff. Our room, Superior Suite, was roomy and well appointed. The view was spectacular and the balcony was enormous. It had a bedroom separate from the large living and dining space. 1 full bath and a second half bath. Plenty of closet storage as well. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The concierge Ralph is top notch! The bar staff is second to none with attentive service, creative cocktails and friendly personalities. We enjoyed time there each day. The main restaurant serves a buffet breakfast which was ok. Nothing special. Dinner was a combination of buffet or optional à la carte dining. À la carte was spectacular although some courses required us to get our own serving from the buffet which we found odd. The restaurant at the golf club was outstanding and the patio dining is a must do! Small but delicious menu for lunch or dinner. We ordered room service each morning for early coffee and juice so we could relax in the room before breakfast. It was on time and plentiful. The delivery team were sweet and gracious. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful place with my girlfriend for 2 nights and I must say, we absolutely loved it! The views are breathtaking, staff are very very friendly (especially the waitress working in the bar, younger, dark haired girl...). Would 100% reccommend!

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. There is a total collapse of service standards. None of the departments seem capable of doing their job properly. The reception area is pure chaos — waiting in line for 30–40 minutes is treated as something normal, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to operate on a professional level. What is truly shocking is the clear discrimination against guests that we personally experienced. Being treated differently and unfairly is not just unprofessional — it is disgraceful. This alone should be reason enough to seriously reconsider staying at this property. Customer orientation is simply non-existent. Staff show no interest in helping, no ownership of problems, and no sense of responsibility. You are left feeling that guests are an inconvenience rather than the reason this business exists. The situation with check-in was the final straw. We were repeatedly given false and misleading information about when our room would be ready. Based on these promises, we planned our time — and every single time, the hotel failed to deliver. Instead, we were forced to wait endlessly, cancel plans, waste hours of our day, and live in constant uncertainty. This is not a small inconvenience — this is a fundamental failure of basic hospitality. This hotel shows a complete lack of respect for its guests and a shocking absence of professional standards. Until there is a serious overhaul of management, staff training, and service culture, I would strongly advise others to stay away.
