Vynikající personál recepce, přátelský a ochotný. Velmi klidná oblast, v noci žádný hluk. Velmi kompletní snídaně. Parkování na ulici je omezené, takže by mohlo být užitečné rezervovat garážové stání. Hotel Street (Seestrasse) je velmi malý, ale dobře značený,

Navštívili jsme tento hotel jako součást prohlídky autobusu. Zařízení bylo v pořádku, i když k dispozici žádné prádelny, kromě placení € 35 za tašku pro mytí turné, které se provádí prostřednictvím recepce. Jídlo nabízené v jídelně bylo dobré, i když kvalita nabízeného vína nad rámec prohlídky byla pouze průměrná. Kdybyste byli v této oblasti v zimě, byli byste v nebi, ale osobně jsem si myslel, že to malé městečko by mi mohlo nabídnout.

V hotelu Sylvester jsme strávili jeden týden. Pokoje byly čisté, WiFi byl bez problémů. Bazén byl velmi dobrý. Restaurace byla prostorná pro všechny, ale volby byly omezené. Odpolední bufet má pouze dvě možnosti. Recepce není vůbec vítána, a to jak při korešpondenci, tak při check-in. Na parkovišti je účtováno 6 euro za den. (Přiměřené) Není vhodný pro děti, protože není místo k hraní nebo zábavě.

We have just come back from spending Christmas in this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, in all the communal areas, which gave us a great welcome. We only paid for a basic room but it had a new bathroom all immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, a balcony with a view of the snow covered mountains, what more could one want. When it comes to food, we were spoilt for choice, all cooked to a very high standard, and something for all tastes. The Christmas Day and Boxing Day meals were outstanding. The wonderful staff (and I really mean staff who could not have done more for us) had decorated the tables in such a decorative, tasteful, and festive way, they were a joy to behold. The staff at this hotel are a real asset to anyones stay. As for the Kirchberg all the lifts were open even on Christmas Day, so plenty to do even if you didn't ski. We will stay here again, and try the summer season next time.

A good hotel in a lovely village for skiing or hiking. Pre arrival the service was outstanding from Alexandra . The property is a little out of the way up a hill from the main village but that’s ok, nice views and all the facilities you need . Room well appointed and clean and secure. Check in and check out excellent and ski hire and passes easily sorted at reception along with transport when needed . The restaurant and bar could be improved a little to compete with the local offerings and outside of Alexandra simple questions on directions, local services and things to do and see weren’t really able to be answered which was disappointing. Essentially though a great stay and would return
