Hotel Cervosa

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Servosa and we would rate it 5 stars overall. The arrival experience was excellent: covered drop-off parking right in front of the hotel, very friendly reception, and immediate help with luggage. Check-out was also fast and well organized. The wellness/spa area is absolutely outstanding and clearly one of the best parts of the hotel: multiple heated indoor and outdoor pools, several sauna areas, plenty of space, towels provided, tea, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Truly top level. The restaurant was also excellent — high quality, Michelin-style cuisine, and a fantastic wine list with fair pricing. We were also impressed by how many different lounges, bars and restaurant areas the hotel offers. It would be very helpful if the hotel accepted American Express. Overall, a great stay and we would happily return — especially for the spa, food and overall comfort.

Third time at Hotel Cervosa in Serfaus and for us definitely the best hotel there. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area and good quality food. Also within walking distance of the transfer train and the George, an apres ski bar for the fans. We always take the alpine family suite which is more in our range of interior taste. Don’t expect a very modern interior. It’s very Austrian to say the least. But would not want to stay anywhere else in Serfaus.

Booked a fully body massage while staying at another hotel nearby. Nice location, the lady working at the front desk was nice, the massage was super! I would certainly return for another massage!!! And would consider staying there the next time I return to serfaus

We again have enjoyed the luxury of this 5 star hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and service oriented owners (Mrs and Mr Westreicher) and staff. Classy and personal, the service and ambiance you expect from a top hotel. Culinary enjoyment and the big pool and welness area are a deserved treat after a day of skiing.
