Je to velmi čistý hotel: vynikající wellness, výborné jídlo, velmi pěkné snídaně. Tento hotel je mimo centrum, je to velmi pěkné místo, klidné a krásné. Rodina a zaměstnanci jsou vždy tam, aby vám pomohli.

Hotel má dobré pokoje a skvělé wellness. Nabízí přiměřené jídlo a personál je v pořádku. Hotel se nachází asi 20 minut od vesnice, ale nabízí přátelskou kyvadlovou dopravu k lyžařským vlekům, ale v sobotu. Skibus zastavuje před hotelem.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. What stood out the most was their incredible attention to detail, especially when it came to accommodating my daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. Often, finding suitable meal options for her can be challenging, but the restaurant here made it a seamless experience. Their gluten-free menu was extensive, delicious, and prepared with the utmost care. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the staff made us feel reassured by explaining the precautions they took to avoid cross-contamination. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the Zillertal Alps. The amenities, including a relaxing spa and wellness area, added a touch of serenity to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Zillertal. Whether it was hiking in the summer or enjoying the snowy slopes in the winter, everything was easily accessible from the hotel. To top it off, the staff’s friendliness and dedication were unmatched. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough, especially for families with children or couples. Their commitment to exceptional service and inclusivity sets a gold standard in hospitality.

It's a great family run hotel. A lot of amenities, pools, saunas. A lot of activities available as well, skiing, hiking,.... And to put in the mix delicious food, and the staff to make sure you have everything you need. Visited this hotel in the past and will keep coming back.

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful village in Austria. Very focussed on families and children. Comfortable but a little out dated rooms. Nice swimmingpool and spa, great breakfast and diner. We visited the hotel in summer but my companions assured me this is a nice place in winter as well. This was our second visit and I am sure we will come back next year.
