Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee

My recent stay at the Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee was exceptional in every way. The property is stunning, nestled in a picturesque setting that feels like a peaceful retreat. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully appointed, blending comfort with classic Austrian charm. Every interaction with the staff was courteous and professional, and the dining experience was outstanding was top-notch. That said, I was surprised to receive a notice from my rental car company recently about a parking ticket allegedly issued during my stay in December 2024. As a registered guest of the hotel at the time, I’m unclear how a violation could have occurred. I parked in the hotel’s designated area upon check-in and made sure to register the vehicle as instructed. We stayed four nights and this ticket was given at the time of checkin. I’ve reached out to the hotel for clarification and would appreciate a prompt response via email to help resolve the matter. This unexpected issue aside, the hotel truly exceeded expectations, and I would gladly return. I hope this matter can be cleared up quickly so it doesn’t affect what was otherwise a flawless stay.

When we first arrived at the Arabella Jagdhof Resort we had a very warm welcome from the Ladies at the front desk Pia and Karin which I met in salzburg 2 years ago where she was working for another property of marriott group, she is extremely nice and very dedicated to her job , very helpful and friendly is the pearl of the hotel, I was so glad to met her again here she once again made our stay memorable and smooth. Both Karin and Pia did an excellent service and so did Edi from the front desk who is always smiling and has a very positive attitude. I read few negative reviews on TripAdvisor and i still understand why people can post negative comments, this hotel is absolutely amazing ,seriously I almost impossible to find something negative.. The Lobby and the hotel building was just beautiful even better than the pictures on the internet. The Hotel Equipment looks very luxury, well decorated with a truly peaceful atmosphere. The level of cleanliness is extremely high, so big compliments to the Housekeeping Team especially to Andras who was so friendly and helpful. Since I am very happy with my room, I can recommend to book a “Fuschl Suite with balcony” which has an upper floor a great view and even the design in the room is very cosy. Matthias from the reservation department knows his rooms just perfect. The Poolarea has plenty of pool lounges and chairs, the water temperature is at around 30 degrees Celsius and the area has very good and natural daylight. The SPA Area includes saunas, infrared and a steambath, the decoration is perfect and very relaxing. ( Every room has a SPA Bag that includes bathrobes ) We had a very pleasant evening at the restaurant, Dean’s Team with Gerald, Kamil and Robert were extremely professional. Needless to say that the food quality was at such a high level - very impressive, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, the combination of the several dishes are amazing, even the Cervus Restaurant is high fine gourmet, there is so much choice at the menu. Mr. Fuchs- the Head Chef is a true artist in his kitchen, he well deserves to be mentioned in the Gault et Millau. There is also a Bar in the Hotel, you can order delicious pastries and drinks. Even the breakfast buffet was lovely with a front cooking station. Ludmilla, Mariia, Tibor and Elvis from the breakfast did also a great job, you can see they love their job. I also want to mention Robin from Management who really takes time for the hotel guests. Highly recommend We are planning to come back in September with other members of our family, and we can’t wait to come back

Totale Frechheit und abzocke beim Parken. Gefühlt 50 Schilder um anzuzeigen dass man in dem Areal zahlen muss mit Anleitung einfach beim rausfahrne beim Kiosk bezahlen, allerdings existiert jener nicht, also ist man gezwungen entweder easy park oder parkater Apps zu verwenden, welche zusätzlich noch Gebühren verlangen.
