Erteria Hotel & Spa Resort

They were excellent Straight from the start we got here very late, well after the all inclusive bar had ended but the gentleman on the front desk was very friendly, said they would let us have a few drinks in the bar free of charge. The bar man Stéfanos was amazing, he was so friendly and he had great conversations with all seven of us I don't think there was a time I didn't have a drink in my hand and each one was made to perfection, a very big shout-out to him!! The rooms were incredible and very well kept, housekeeping didn't leave anything messy. Overall a great experience and we would all happily go again!

Tonia was very skilled and helped me relax a lot

Georgia was lovely. Very relaxing.

Very nice location, beautiful room view. Two were my disappointments: 1. We booked for our anniversary and they gave us a room with separate beds?! I mean come on, we do not expect the extra but this is basic. When I brought this up at the reception they said “why I did not say that earlier”… maybe we were tired and wanted to sleep?! It is not guests problem to do the thinking. 2.Food had plenty of options, for breakfast and dinner (we did not stay for lunch) however the cats that were around the resort , were very welcome to be also inside the restaurant at the buffet area. I love animals but it’s not normal to have stray cats at an open buffet. Overall the surroundings were beautiful and the scenery very romantic, however for the above reasons I would not come back.

Astonishing!! I am 47 years old.. I have travelled a lot . but never stayed in a place like this.. a small paradise in Eretria! Extremely polite everyone, everything clean and neat. They uograded my visit and offered us a villa with private pool and my kids slept with a big smile on their faces .. Priceless move, priceless place..
