This review is from a Family Room bungalow perspective, as a non all-inclusive guest (I was offered upon check-in, but opted for ala carte, as I assumed I'd miss a meal daily while adventuring...I did).
The room itself is fairly spacious, with a bedroom, living/dining room, and a shower/bathroom. While the furniture was a bit dated, none of it was uncomfortable or in complete disrepair. Based on the photos online, it appears some of the rooms may already have updated furniture, so could just be my room. The water pressure was superb, as was the WiFi signal in my room (and throughout the resort). The bedroom and living room both had TVs (friendly reminder to log yourself out if you use the streaming services...found other people's accounts on Netflix). The AC kept the room very comfortable on days when leaving the balcony door open wasn't ideal.
The grounds had lots of options, including 3 swimming pools, direct access to the beach, some games, sitting areas, sports areas, etc. The staff was always on hand to help or provide refreshments. The resort is fairly well maintained, with good grounds keeping and no litter noted during my stay. There was plenty of parking during my stay, as most people seem to come by bus or taxi.
I dined in the main dining hall each evening (and some breakfasts) and enjoyed the selection each day. While the options weren't made-to-order, the buffet was well stocked, had a large selection, and I always left feeling full and satisfied. The staff were excellent and always cleared the tables quickly or offered me a little advice on something to try or add to one of my many desserts. They even "protected" my seat when I got up to get more food from the buffet, as often other guests would see an empty table and assume it was free. Service above and beyond.
The location is a bit removed from all things - so very quiet. While there is a main road nearby, nothing really to get to that is within walking distance. A cab or car is recommended, if you plan to venture out into town. There are a few museums or sites nearby, but again - the purpose here appears to be to enjoy the resort and relax (mission accomplished). The resort does book trips for guests to some of the great sites around Greece, which appeared to be reasonable if you had 4+ persons on the trip. I took a few of the trips on my own, as I had a car, and enjoyed the sites I visited.
Overall, I'd say this full-service, all-inclusive resort is a nice place to visit and always seemed busy. Having spent an entire week here, there was never a shortage of guests, music, food, and fun. It may not be downtown Athens, but it was surely a nice and relaxing vacation, if that is something you are looking for.
